I haven't done anything in 3 years and have only done two cycles. My friend that knew all about cc's and everything no longer lifts so he isn't helping out with this. I had 2 shoulder surgeries last year one on my labrum and the other on my bicep tendon. Its been a year since the last surgery. I got a go ahead to use my arm fully again 6 months ago from the doctor, and I still have not put back on the 15-20lbs that I lost from having those. I am now working laboring and lifting with some fight back (pain) but have been out of pt and fully go since May.
I'm planning on a cycle of test E as it has worked for me in the past. I am 5'11" 140-145lbs (used to be 155-160lbs). I was thinking a 12-15 week cycle but thats getting it said he can get test E (ampules) 10w. So I guess my questions are is 10 weeks enough like he says? And I can't remember about what I did for cc's and all that good stuff... So basically and advice you guys have would be greatly appreciated. I really just need the muscle recovery time to be faster, so I can lift longer and harder with out the fight back from my shoulder.
