First cycle (in a long time)

Long story short - did a couple of cycles years ago (8+) and a few PH since then and finally coming to my senses that the PH are simply not worth the cost. First cycle was Dbol, Test E, and EQ. Second and third cycles were Test P and Tren. Got up to around 215 with lots of water weight and a tad more fat than I'd care to reproduce.

I'm now 33, 190ish and prettly low on BF..not really sure % but I've always been skinny fuck - 5'11" 130lbs at 21 when i started lifting.

My goals are to be a little less BF than I am now and 200lbs by Spring (~7months from now). i'm about to start on Clen to get rid of some of the fat and will probably drop down to 185lbs.

My big issue, is that I am now hypothyroid and as a result my diet is not where it would normally be. I can eat about 2000-2500 calories a day, any more and I just feel sick/dont digest fast enough/get constipated.

So first of all, assuming I lose 5-10lbs of fat (and a little muscle), how realistic is ~20lbs of LBM in 6-8months?

My plan as of now is something like this:
-Weeks 1-10 Sustanon (sust) @ 500MG
-Weeks 1-4(or 6) Dbol at 20-40mg (depending on sides and how I feel).
-Weeks 11-15 Nolva and clomid ...sometime during this period will be my normal thyroid check up anyway so ill get my test done then as well.
-Week 16-17 nothing
-Weeks 18-24 Test Prop 100mg EOD, EQ 500MG
-Weeks 18-22 Dbol at 20-40mg
-Weeks 23-28 post cycle therapy (pct) again.

Also thinking of dropping the Dbol for Anavar. I liked the gains from dbol I took years ago but didnt care for the moon face it gave me. I may just take nolva the whole time but would rather not. Ill probably give the Dbol a go for a couple weeks and either stay with it or switch to anavar (have both anyway but anavar may be going to someone else).

Ive got plenty of Nola/clomid/adex.
Should be starting the Fisrt cycle around October depending on how satisfied I am with the clen.

This cycle proposition is a horrible idea. Why would you do post cycle therapy (pct), stay off for two weeks and the go back on? This is not giving your body any time whatsoever to recover. You would be better off cycling the whole way through, but this would be a bad idea too because you really shouldn't cycle that long for a variety of reasons. I think you should seriously rethink this through and run a cycle no longer than 14wks. EQ is good for helping with hunger, so this may be an option since you say you have a hard time eating. But honestly, on 2000-2500 calories theres not a chance in hell you'll put on 20lbs. And if you increased your cals and did put on 20 lbs its not going to be all LBM. Not trying to be harsh, just trying to help you..
 
I'll probably just hold off on the 2nd cycle since its so far out anyway and add the EQ to my first cycle.

You think I'd be better off sticking with Prop/tren 4on/4off? This is what i did in the past and had good results...but that was a long time ago and wasnt really looking forward to pinning every day just yet.

I may add in some T3 to help with eating. This is where my thryoid issue comes in - lack of or low conversion to t3. I have an rx for cytomel but its only 5mcg/2x day. Taking more seems to help with digestion. My problem isnt really a lack of appetite - its just digesting a lot of food. I guess I could also start doing cardio more than 3x a week.

I so wish that people would quit telling their life stories...no one wants to spend 15 minutes reading shit that doesnt matter....just state the basics...

TLDR.

I think im gonna hold off for a bit and see if I can do something about my diet. Maybe try another endo doc or something.
 
First off Meathead is totally right and take that advice for sure. You might wanna rethink this whole T3 and EQ " for hunger" though. Not saying this won't make you want to eat more BUT with the thyroid thing you say you get sick. So If you eat say 3,000 cals instead of 2-2.5k you say you get constipated.... so basically once your on cycle your gonna have 5lbs of shit backed up inside you instead of 2lbs on a 5k cal diet lol.

So the angle I would look at this from is unusual... not what make you eat more, but HOW to digest more... you have an abnormal situation here. GL man
