I recently finished my first Steroid cycle of which I did 600mg of Test-cyp and 300mg of Decca per week. I ran this for about 3 1/2 months. I am now about to begin my recovery and plan to use Nolvadex 20MG (X2 daily for 14 days followed by X1 daily for 14 days). as instructed my my supplier. I don't fully trust him and am wondering if that sounds like all I should be doing after my first cycle to make sure everything goes back to normal?
I am big into bodybuilding and have been training religiously now for almost 4 years and wanted to bring my game to the next level which is why I wanted to begin using Steroids now at the age of 26. I plan on cycling again this winter and next summer but am not sure how long I should let my body rest in between cycles before beginning again? I plan on running the exact same cycle again and bulk this winter and then would like to cut for next summer.
I started at 186lbs this summer and ended it at 208lbs which I was very happy with. I'm going to load up on Creatine in hopes of keep a little bit of the weight but I realize that I will probably loose a lot of it. Any suggestions on how to keep on as much of my gains as possible. I'm always on a strict meal plan and eat 6-7 times per day.
I live in a small town and bodybuilding and using gear is totally taboo and I basically have no good advice when it comes to this. Any input would be gladly appreciated!
Oh, one more thing. Does anyone know how to get rid of the redness around the chest/neck/face when on a cycle. It constantly looks like a bad sun burn and I always have people commenting on it?!
