Just started out my first cycle quite low, just testing the waters in regards to sides and tolerance. Would rather start down low and work up, than start high and get sides etc.

Training for 2 years, consistantly (4-5 days a week without a break) for 12 months.
I cut 15kg naturally with training and diet, then started a slow bulk.
Weeks 1-10 - Fuerza300mg Test E
2 weeks after last pin, start Clomid 50/50/50/50
Have Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand incase of itchy nips, bloating etc.
Diet is 3600 cals, 270p/405c/100f or as close to as possible. I fill my macros with chicken breast, steak, rice, potato, pasta, oats, breads, nuts, fruits, vegetables, milk and oils.
Training is a simple 4 day split, 5x5 on compounds followed by 4x8-12 on isolations.
Supplements are Orange Triad, ON Whey, Anabolic Pump (Waxy Maize Starch, Citrulline Malate, L-Arginine AKG, Creapure Creatine, Beta-Alanine & Primilin 4-Hydroxyisoleucine), Fish Oil.
I will log my daily workouts and pin schedule in here. Pinned on Saturday, trained Monday. Will chuck my first two training sessions in here. Drawing with 23g, pinning with 25g. Took a little while but I'm in no rush.
Was crapping about pinning myself, had to work up the guts to do it. Took me a while. Swabbed the area, then talked myself out of it. Had to swab again then just did it. Doing quads.

4 x 8-12 Incline Press
4 x 8-12 Pec Deck
4 x Failure Weighted Chest Dips
4 x 8-12 Hammer Curls
4 x 8-12 Preacher Curls
4 x 8-12 Olympic Bar Curls
DAY 4 - LEGS
5 x 5 Squat
4 x 8-12 Leg Press
4 x Failure Standing Calf raise
4 x 8-12 Leg Curl
4 x 8-12 Leg Extension
