First Cycle Log: 300mg Test-E 10 Week

Just started out my first cycle quite low, just testing the waters in regards to sides and tolerance. Would rather start down low and work up, than start high and get sides etc.

Stats
28 years old
6'2
187lb
14% Bodyfat (got top four abs)
Training for 2 years, consistantly (4-5 days a week without a break) for 12 months.

I cut 15kg naturally with training and diet, then started a slow bulk.

Weeks 1-10 - Fuerza300mg Test E
2 weeks after last pin, start Clomid 50/50/50/50
Have Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand incase of itchy nips, bloating etc.

Diet is 3600 cals, 270p/405c/100f or as close to as possible. I fill my macros with chicken breast, steak, rice, potato, pasta, oats, breads, nuts, fruits, vegetables, milk and oils.

Training is a simple 4 day split, 5x5 on compounds followed by 4x8-12 on isolations.

Supplements are Orange Triad, ON Whey, Anabolic Pump (Waxy Maize Starch, Citrulline Malate, L-Arginine AKG, Creapure Creatine, Beta-Alanine & Primilin 4-Hydroxyisoleucine), Fish Oil.



I will log my daily workouts and pin schedule in here. Pinned on Saturday, trained Monday. Will chuck my first two training sessions in here. Drawing with 23g, pinning with 25g. Took a little while but I'm in no rush.

Was crapping about pinning myself, had to work up the guts to do it. Took me a while. Swabbed the area, then talked myself out of it. Had to swab again then just did it. Doing quads.

DAY 3 - CHEST/BI
5 x 5 Bench Press
4 x 8-12 Incline Press
4 x 8-12 Pec Deck
4 x Failure Weighted Chest Dips
4 x 8-12 Hammer Curls
4 x 8-12 Preacher Curls
4 x 8-12 Olympic Bar Curls

DAY 4 - LEGS
5 x 5 Squat
4 x 8-12 Leg Press
4 x Failure Standing Calf raise
4 x 8-12 Leg Curl
4 x 8-12 Leg Extension

DAY 6 - BACK
5 x 5 Deadlift
4 x 12 Row
4 x 12 Lat Pulldown
4 x 12 Cable Row + Dropset to failure
4 x Failure Wide grip pullups

Eating has been nuts, eating everything i can, still hitting macros and seems to be going well.
 
Considering it, but have read many things that say I could just run one on a low dose. I will continue to read more, my source has them on hand :)

DAY 7 - Shoulder/Tri
5 x 5 Seated Smith shoulder press
4 x 8-12 Military press
4 x 8-12 Cable Lateral Raises
4 x 8-12 Upright Rows
4 x 10-14 Close grip bench press SUPERSET with Tri Dips to failure
4 x 10-14 Cable Rope pull downs, DROPSET, then SUPERSET with Triangle Pushups

Eating like a horse.. Well, hitting my macros, but not having any issues putting the food down. Official week 1 weigh in tomorrow, but im up about 2kg which im assuming will be water.

Been working hard in the gym, sweating heaps, weight is going up on every exercise, shouldn't kick yet.. but im not complaining, wherever it is coming from!

DAY 8 - Cardio, weigh in and Pin

Went to pin, but had to pull it out cos something came up. Changed pins, went again, but nerves were obviously up and hurt like hell, so waited half an hour. No issues, Warmed up oil and pushed nice and slow, no PIP.

After 1 week, I'm 192lb. Must be holding some water, haven't changed my diet really.

Overall, I'm feeling great. Been in a great mood all the time, stopped stim loaded pre workouts so no crash in the arvo, feeling good. Sleeping well, except for the temp lately (had a spell of hot weather).

DAY 9 - Back top up

Had some free time, so worked on my deadlifts and form.

7 x 5, 2 x 3, 1 x 2 Deads, all at PB weight. Wasn't straining myself at all, just working on form.
Also did 6 x 10 rows, feeling good.

DAY 10 - Chest & Bi
Pyramid Bench press
14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14
Incline Bench 5 x 5
Pec Dec - 4 x 8-12
Hammer Curl - 4 x 10
Preacher Curl - 4 x 10
Cable curl - 4 x 10

Chest really took it out of me, the single on the pyramid was at my absolute max, feelsgoodman.

Onward and upward!

DAY 11 - Legs
5 x 5 Squat
4 x 10-12 Hack Squat
4 x failure calf raise
4 x 10-12 heavy leg extension

I do all my legs as heavy as possible, at the end of the session, even with those small amount of exercises, i am hammered.

Changed pin schedule to Wednesday, rest day.

DAY 12 - Rest

Pinned left quad, felt fine, virgin muscle on the left side so a touch sore but nothing at all now.
 
DAY 13 - Back

5 x 5 Deadlift
4 x 10 Row
4 x 10 lat pulldown dropset on last
4 x 10 cable row dropset on last
3 x failure pullups
3 x failure smith shrugs

Feeling great. Feeling strong, weight still going up, lifts going up. Bit of PIP but just virgin muscle, not a big issue at all.

Starting to feel stronger, libido is def up haha.
 
DAY 14 - Shoulders & Tris

WEIGH IN - 194.5lb
Had a busy day at a festival the day before weigh in, walked around alot, and didn't eat as much as i should have. Weight is back up now though.

Was supposed to include Biceps today, but had to leave early, will throw a good session in with Legs tomorrow!

Overall, feeling fantastic. Added about 30lb to my bench already, happy, healthy, having a little trouble sleeping but again, that could just be the weather.
