First cycle log - testosterone only

I am from Canada, so my turkey day was in October. Kinda wish it was yesterday though. My appetite has gone through the roof. I eat 3,000-3,500 calories a day and feel like I could eat way more. I am thinking about slowly upping carbs. We will see. I'm definitely not an ecto so I have to be careful. Never been on a cycle though either.

Today did legs and wow... Shit is definitely kicking in. I hit a new PR with front BB Squats. Got 225lbs for 6 reps. Did some Romanian Deadlifts too. 225lbs for 10 pretty easy reps. Moved on to leg extensions which are always so painful, and although I pushed myself and it hurt, the pain seemed to subside a lot after I finished my set. I felt like I would be g2g if I did another set within 10 seconds. Pretty awesome stuff.

Just wondering (and throwing this out there to anyone) what substances give the most PIP? I will make sure to avoid them. I have heard prop is bad. I am thinking about a tentative cycle for this summer and I would like to try a more advanced cycle. Maybe test, anavar, and Masterone or some kind of combination. My goal will be to cut to 8% bf without losing gains - hence the cycle.
 
Week 3, and things are going much more smoothly. No pain so far from my 5th pin. Clearly warming up the vial helps a lot.

New PR today with OHP. I pyramided up in weight and hit 150lbs for 4 reps. Before today, the last time I did OHP I got 135lbs for 6 reps. So that's a great improvement!

Energy is way up today. Feeling really happy for the most part and excited for the coming weeks!
 
I did my 6th pin yesterday. Again no PIP! yay!

Strength is going waaaayyy up. Every single time I step foot in the gym I hit a new PR. Which is an exciting feeling.

I'm constantly starving too. I am eating around 3,500 calories right now, but I'm thinking of increasing that to 4,000 because I haven't been gaining much weight. I forgot to weigh myself this morning, but in the afternoon (after a few meals and lots of water) I'm over 180 now.
 
Different ba alcohol levels are the cause of pip. Pharma grade has a perfect level of ba percentage, UGL labs don't. You're just getting used to it. No biggie man.
 
So a few things to comment on. Thanks to anyone still following.

I am now 181 lbs as of yesterday morning! I'm pretty stoked about that. I've noticed I have gained a bit of fat (my abs are hardly visible now) so I think I will add in cardio twice a week after lifting.

I did my 7th pin today and I must have done something... blood squirted out when I pulled the needle out. I put a cotton pad on it to stop the bleeding, cleaned it, and then put a band aid on it. Luckily it wasn't painful... just kinda shocking as that has never happened to me before and I'm practically married to the needle.

IMO not looking much different, other than bulkier. I am hoping that from this point on things start to move forward a little faster. My goal from this point on is to hit 190 without much body fat, and to hit 315 for squat, 405 for deads, 185 for OHP, and 250 for bench. Right now I'm at 295 for squats, 350 for deads, 155 for OHP, and 225 for bench. I have noticed my pressing strength hasn't really moved, but my squat and deadlift has taken off since week 2. Not sure why.
 
Don't worry about the fat. If you are bulking, some fat is a natural occurrence. Too much cardio can be detrimental to a bulk by putting your body in a more catabolic state and burning more calories. Too many people have lipophobia, they are so afraid of gaining some fat that they run in circles trying to build muscle while gaining no fat. Bulk hard, get some muscle hard earned muscle(with some fat of course) Then cut your ass off and get ripped. It is THAT easy.


tl;dr: Focus on getting muscle and strength. Fat gain is normal on a bulk.
 
Yeah, it's all about balance. Some people are terrified of gaining a little fat, other's go nuts and get way too fat. At best you can hope for an equal ratio of fat to muscle, and on AAS probably more muscle than fat, if done right.
 
Today I trained shoulders/bis. I had such a wicked pump in my shoulders that I could barely lift them above my head. It was very difficult to get through each set. Never felt anything like that before. It went away when I started training bis, but holy shit, batman!!!
 
My favorite pump is a biceps pump, and yeah i've had the same feeling. Kind of feels like you reached failure already, but that's just the engorged, swollen muscle becoming too unwieldy to flex. ( i aint talking bout my dick ;D)
 
LOL man, I've been having that issue too. I'm worried about leg day tomorrow... Gonna be intense if it's anything like today!
 
Yep, i also get it when i do cardio( on the bike) sometimes. When it gets intense enough that the lactic acid builds up, it gets much harder to peddle because of the pump.
 
Fuuuuaaaaarrrrrrrrrr!!!! I really see and feel a difference. It's amazing!

I'm looking more swole, and today I easily repped out 85's for flat DB press. Before today that would give me a hard time. Today it was a cake walk. I could have moved up in weight but I just did high reps. The pumps I get are ridiculous. Very, very happy with today and the progress I've made so far!

The next few weeks will be great! Right now I'm sitting at around 182-183 lbs in the morning. Weight hasn't really moved since the first 2 weeks, but I'm definitely looking bigger. I ripped a shirt today actually haha. :D
 
5th week today and 9th pin. Mixed some of my prescribed test with the test I've been using because there wasn't quite 1ml left. So I probably didn't hit 250mg on the dot (the prescribed test is 200mg/1ml) but oh well. It won't make a huge difference, right?

I hit my goal for squats today!!!!!!!!! So Stoked. Actually I beat my goal. I squatted 315lbs for 3 reps today. Actually my goal for week 12 was to get 1 rep of 315, so I need to re-evaluate and set a new goal. So stoked! :D I'm thinking maybe it's possible I could get 1 rep of 405 if I up the calories and go beast mode!
 
Today was back day, and I pulled 405 for 2 sets of 1 for deadlifts! This was my overall goal for the END of my cycle (at week 12) so I need to re-evaluate, haha. Strength has definitely been crazy, and my program is much more hypertrophy based, so it's almost shocking to see numbers shoot up so fast.

So my new goals are: 495x1 for deadlifts; 365x5 for squats; 250x5 for bench; 185x1 for OHP

People have been commenting on how big I look, but I can't say I have noticed a huge change in my physique thus far. With that said, I am also kinda higher body fat (maybe 15% at this point) so that masks things a bit when I look at myself.

Anyway, for anyone thinking about doing their first cycle, just remember that Test E or C takes a really long time to kick in. Now I realize why people suggest 12 weeks over 10. The party just gets started around week 4-5.
