First Cycle - New User TEST E + ARIMIDEX

Hey Everyone,

New to the forum. I have done my homework for with a lot of this stuff.
Age - 27 years old
Training - 10 years
Bodyfat = 15.6%
Weight 85.3kg's
Maintenance Calories - 2700 p/day
BMR - 2100calories p/day
Bodytype - Mesomorph
Nutrition - Before I even thought about jumping on the juice I thought I would nail the nutrition and training first. So I did, I managed to cut down to 8% bodyfat, worked out my muscle imperfections and decided I wanted to fix these.
I have never touched the juice until two weeks ago.
Cycle - 2x p/week Test E 250mg + Arimidex and Nolvadex for PCT
Cycle Nutrition
Now in the past 3 weeks I have bumped the calories up to 3500 with the macro ratio of 40/40/20
I have noticed strength gains but substantial fat gain with it. I am now at 15% body fat within the last 5 weeks from 10%
Question is: I want to stop the fat gain as much as possible and was considering stacking clen with it, or should i reduce the calorie intake?
I am weighing foods and eating clean proteins, carbs and fats.

What is your bodyfat, weight and height now then? You should edit your title because it says tren. You are just running test right?
 
Yeah whooops with the title typo.

Running TEST E With Arimidex. Considering running clen to keep fat off.
Bodyfat 15.6%

Ok the test e 250mg twice a week is good. The adex start at .25mg eod and increase if needed. For PCT 2wks after your last pin run some clomid at 50/50/50/50. Consider picking up some n2slin at Need To Build Muscle instead of the clen. This would be better than clen on cycle in my opinion because it helps shuttle nutrients and improves insulin sensitivity, keeping you leaner without having to worry about BP issues or anything else. N2Guard would also be good to run on cycle to help keep your heart healthy.
 
Thanks for the info, but i believe the fat management can be controlled through the diet. The side effects like cramping from the clen can be prevented by having taurine and so on. I have all the side effects covered except the fat gain, muscle and strength gains are not an issue here. :)
It's coming up to summer time in 3 months and unfortunately I started ass about "bulking coming into summer season" Hmmmmm
It should be interesting to see what people have to recommend. :)
