First Cycle (Not like the rest)

Hey all

My first post only because I have been doing my research first before asking for advice. I see tons of people flaming people for that so I spent a good 8 months before I really decided I want to go this route. at the start I was a novice and rushed into starting Tren 13 ethly, Liver MAX and there PCT (Yea I know maybe a newb move, but I fell I've learned and that's why I'm here) finished that about 5 months ago. Yes I know maybe a good idea and more then not maybe a bad Idea. I had a good 10 pound gain and kept about 6 of it. No side effects. Putting that behind me now (hopefully don't get flamed to hard)I went back to research and wanted to find something a little more Hardcore. Thought I would start here. I want to start a cycle and I would like w/e help you all could give. Below I will give some details I consistently see people asking when someone posts something like this. If I forget something our you need more details please just ask.

About me:

I started working out in High School I was a 3 Sports kid. Moved on to play college football and become a decathlete for the track team. I was always a lean skinny kid almost always a little small for a low end D1 school athlete. I didn't mess with really much of anything other then the standard Pre-Workouts, protein, ect. Saying this just so you all understand I have been lifting and working out for many years.

After collage I really took on to more lifting for me instead of what the couches wanted me to do. I put on close to about 15-20 lbs of muscles over two years. I was happy with my results my eating and my work ethic. For the last year/year and a half I just cant seem to gain anymore weight. I'll gain a little lose a little.. Just back and forth over and over. My weights would go up but then just hit a wall.

So I'm looking for something to help me over the edge and got that bigger figure I want, something not so harsh since I don't have to much experience with anything other then the basic supplements. I'm still a little small for my height I feel and would like to honestly hit 185. I Know that's not huge but I feel like a ripped 185-190 would be a good next step/goal for me.

Current stats:
Age: 26
Weight: 174 about 15% BF
Food: I'm sit at about 3,300 Calories a day (I do lack on the fats for my micros, working on getting a little more Peanut butter and or Avocados in my diet)
Workout: M,T,TH,F Sunday My typically work out days

Sure hope this isnt to all over the place. At work ... Any help anyone could provide with a good idea of a first REAL cycle for me would be great. THANKS
 
This is an excellent article to read for beginners. It will tell you everything you need to know about putting together a proper 1st cycle.
 
Good read! I'm going to read it again a few more times to make sure I have it all. If I have questions do you mind me asking? Sorry if some may seem dumb but as I have done my research over the past months I have found that some stuff is contradicting so I just want to make sure I have everything correct. I'll will get back with any question I may have.

Yes Austinite was the author of that article and he has a really excellent way of presenting info so that it is interesting to learn and easier to understand.

Don't be afraid to ask questions at all dude. Everyone comes here for advice in one way or another. Except Austinite lol. He comes here to teach and were happy to have him ;)

Now again!!! I thought we made it clear that Austinite is a smoking girl with pouty lips. :-)
According to HER previous statement about running a mile after eating 1 cupcake, SHE does fit well into the chick-mentality as well.
