First cycle of Test E(10 wks 500ml) and Var(6 wks 100mg)

Goals: Build lean muscle mass, increase endurance, and lower body fat

I'm wondering a few things...
1. What pct would work best with my cycle/how long should I run it? I've been thinking about Nolvadex and Clomid(not exactly sure about when and how long I should run it)
2. Anything I should be aware of that I might not already know?
3. I'm on my first week of the test and am wondering if I should start the Anavar (var) at 5 or 6 wks?
4. If anyone has any links to some good/easy diet plans for a college kid it'd be much appreciated!

You're only 19? Man, that's young. I highly suggest stopping and train/eat naturally for a few more years. Good chance you'll F yourself up pretty bad by starting at 19. You've got plenty more years of natural ability left in you.

Smh....dude dont do gear, learn how to eat.

Doing oral are very bad for your liver. Stick to being natural for at least 5 more years

I know I'm young, but I'm not going to keep cycling. I just wanted to try this one because so many of my friends did in high school/college and showed great results. I'm really trying to get my body to its fullest potential and then try and maintain that naturally... and not that its much of a difference but I am about to turn 20.

Any advice to make sure I'm definitely not going to fuck myself up?

This may not be the advice you want, but advice to make sure you definitely don't fuck yourself up would be to leave the gear alone for a few years. Sure your buddies did it and showed great results but you're sort of looking at it backwards. You should get as far as you can naturally then if you wanted to try something in a few years maybe give it a shot, not try and jump ahead then maintain naturally. I was 19 once, trust me.... Just wait bro
 
your your body develop and mature fully before u consider gear , get your training and diet down , then consider gear when u are at your gnetic potential or plateau and need an extra push , right now is a waste and u risk harming your body
 
yea what they said bro. starting that young theres a good chance u would be on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) in a few years

I have notice that to. There has been a lot of 18 and 19 year olds on gear. No matter what anyone tells them there going to do it anyways.
 
Trust me I know how hard it is to gain weight and muscle mass. I wanted to try aas when I was 19 also that or ph's. But I did tons and tons of research and realised I needed to wait and put in hard work and get my nutrition in check as well. Over the many years of working out did it all natural. One because at that age your body is not full matured and it wont be until mid 20's most say 25. But thats honestly not always the case. Because yes you can mature much faster and could be done growing ect be for 25. But I would recommend waiting until you are 25. See what results you can get on you own naturally and busting your ass every day. Because even with ph's or aas's you are not going to grow unless you have your diet right and putting in the work at the gym. Also doing the workouts properly and keeping proper form is HUGE. I see a lot of kids at the gym who go in there and just throw around weights with zero form. So anyway I hope you listen and think hard on this be for you screw something up.
 
Fsu nole dont listen to ooberNoob he only weighs 140 pounds! YOu have more of a right than him to do AAS! He has not done anything natural like he says if he was 140 pounds. He prob hasnt even lifted a weight in his life. His diet is crappy If anyone weighs 140 pounds. their diet is crap! But honestly Fsu nole i think you should wait till you hit 25. That would be the best choice. and ooberNoob need to wait till he hits 185 pounds or more naural before he even thinks about doing AAS! Read his thread. New Test E cycle. Thats his thread Lmao.
 
Way to fat for test. But since ur already pinning add some clen t3 and a keto diet or low carb with lots of cardio. also fish oil, hawthorne berries, and CoQ10 for ur BP. Don't want to have too many problems
