So im going to start my first cycle of test prop beginning of september. Im 6'1 about 230-235 and about 20% bf. ive been reading into it a lot and i just want to know the best way i should go about taking my first cycle.
Stay away from T3 unless you are either on anabolics or morbidly obese. You fit into neither one of these categories so stick with cardio, diet, maybe some thermos. T3 will east away at your muscle much too rapidly.
I wanna know why you are wanting to run Prop on your first cycle? I assume that you are not used to giving yourself injections and starting off with Prop is not an ideal situation because you are gonna be pinning every other day... just my opinion.

the main reason i was going to take prop is so when i diet i dont lose muscle mass. cause that is what tends to happen when i diet. if that makes any sense.
if you research a test only cycle, and plan it well i see nothing wrong with a prop cycle while dieting and doing cardio..........but thats it you do not need anything else. the prop will keep your muscles from dwindling away
