first cycle on hrt questions
ive been on hrt about 3 months now and made some preety good gains my total test is around 1100 on high days 750 on lowest day.
current protocol
170mg test cyp weekly
1cc Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) weekly
anazostrzol 1/4 tab 3 times a week
i have some extra cyp and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) im wondering if i were to add an extra 200mg on top of my protocol plus Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) tri weekly for the next 6 weeks what kind of gains i can expect if any?
current stats 6ft
179-180lbs in the morning
11.6%bf
im up from 155lbs in june and bf% is only up 1.5%
protien intake 225-275 grams per day
carbs intake 350-400 grams per day
fat intake 45-70 grams perday
had 1 cheat meal since mid june (christmas dinner)
been gaining well on this diet caloric needs will grow i know but i will add more an slowly have week by week
4-6 meals a day not including shake
no activity really besides gym wich i work a 5 day split
also for pct i was guna return to protocol but keep doing Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) tri weekly for 2 weeks on top of my regular treatment, then return to protocol treatment since it puts me in the upper natural test range
