first cycle on test

hey, im currently taking my first cycle of test was wondering what a normal first cycyle would be, i was told from my friend who i got it from to take 1 cc every five days for fifty days , i decided to take it a little bit easier for my first time and am gonna run my cycle for 10 weeks one cc every seven days, is this ok will i get good results, im taking test from liquatech t400. any advice would be muchly appreciated!

also i would like to add that i a am planning on taking arimidex during the cycle to battle gyno and nolvadex for pct does that sound good???

500mg/week split into to shots mon/thurs ect
for 10-12 weeks will see good gains for a first cycle.

man, do some research..not to be disrespectful but its not like its a joke...your just running off of a couple post you probably read / info from your friends...not good..but to help clear things up..test E/C is pinned "injected" 2x a week.. i prefer monday and thursday..the dose can range from 500mg - 750mg a week...if your bottle is "test E 400" you would take just over half a CC for each inject..clomid should be ran for your PCT...2 weeks after your last shot..start at 50ED...but i would look into more research b4 starting..what are your stats / BF ??

I agree with most, but for a first time 500mg EW is a MAX.
No need to run nolva or a-dex as you dont know how youll respond yet, and less is better.

Clomid is no "must" either clomid or nolva, I personally have never run clomid and come off easy with nolva for PCT.

I also say do more research, if you fuck with youre body without knowing what youre doing aint smart.

thanks for your input i have been researching alot me and a buddy have been been talking to alot of people and reading up and seem to have everything covered , one question i have is is it ok to swith of the does in your cycle , i ahve only takin one dose so far a cc and wasplanningin one every friday for ten weeks , is it ok to switch it up to 2 shots a week . I am 22 6'3 195 and as for body fat i have used a couple differnt calcualtors i have found on the ent in the past and apparently im 24 %

If using test cyp 250mg/ml take 1 shot monday 1ml and another shot thursday also 1ml

Thats all you need to know other wise be more spesifice
