First Cycle Plan, request input.

I'm 41 year old male.
5'10"
177 lbs
14-16% body fat (fluctuates throughout the year and hydrostatic tested)
Goal is to put on some lean muscle thru 12 week cycle with PCT running until week 20 (explained below). I work out regularly with weights, stretching, and aerobic. I will include 2 HIT workouts every 8 days as well.

My plan: I think my blood work might change my plan but I wanted to make sure I have everything on hand.

20 week cycle which includes PCT
Precycle blood work, mid cycle blood work, and blood work at the completion of cycle.
Weeks 1-12 350mg of either Test Cyp or Test E, any suggestion on cyp or e would be great.
Weeks 1-20 12.5mg of aromasin every other day.
Weeks 9-12 1000 IU's weekly of HCG.
Weeks 12-13 (2 weeks to let the esters clear).
Weeks 13-20 Clomid starting at 50mg weekly and tapering down to 25.
Weeks 13-20 Nolvadex starting at 40mg and tapering down to 20.

I would never move forward on any plan until I have completed blood work

I've changed it up a few times but wanted any advice on what I'm doing wrong. I think its a straight forward approach while keeping it simple.

Welcome to the boards my friend.
The cycle looks almost spot on. Id drop the hcg down to 500iu per week. 3J has a solid first cycle guide in the sticky threads at the top of the forum.
Your very close to it there just be sure to read it well and stick to it. looking forward to your logs!

why 350mg? at least go 400.. cyp or e doesn't matter they are virtually identical.
Weeks 1-20 12.5mg of aromasin every other day.
this MAY not be enough.. you might have to go 25mg eod or 12.5mg ed. bloodwork will tell you

i dont like this process of doing it at the end. better to run 250iu twice a week from start to 3 days before pct
Weeks 12-13 (2 weeks to let the esters clear)this will be weeks 12-14, not 13.. 14 days after last injection is the minimum
Weeks 13-20 Clomid starting at 50mg weekly and tapering down to 25. overdoing it. 50mg clomid and 20mg nolva ed for 4 weeks is more than enough
Weeks 13-20 Nolvadex starting at 40mg and tapering down to 20.

hope that helps! whats your diet gonna look like? cant gain without a proper diet.. dont half ass that part
 
Thank you all for your support and thanks for taking the time to read this thread. I’m going to heed your advice and spend some time going over the recommended beginner cycle sticky. I’ll certainly keep you folks posted on my 1st cycle.

stick to it and you will see great results. keep us posted and let us know if you have any more qestions.
 
I went on TRT about 5 1/2 months ago. I had low T, High E, wasn't eating right and wasn't lifting.

Adding TRT(IMT), lifting intensely and using 3Js BMR, TDEE and watching the mirror and scale and I've gained close to 30 lbs.

20-25lbs was just returning to normal weight and back into "normal" test ranges, but I've added 5 pounds or so. Due to medication sides I aromatize pretty bad so with increased test came even higher estrogen. I've increased AI and dropped a couple pounds of water retention probably.

"80% Diet 15% Training 5% gear" . . . . Bout as simple as it gets. Every time I quit gaining weight I up my calories. 3Js mentions lots of times diet changes with your size, training and goals.
 
Looks great. My personal experience I would change a couple things but certainly not a must......looks like you've done your homework.
I like 500mg per week. At least 400.....ive done both.
I like cypionate better than E.....may have just been difference in the batches. They should be exactly the same but they weren't. Again, may have been a lean batch of e.
I like anastrozole for an AI. I like .25mg twice a week or EOD if I feel I need it or BW indicates a need.
Donate or draw a pint of blood every 6 weeks. Not a must but my blood thickens up pretty quick on test.

The above are just suggestions and by no means the rule. But do bloodwork throughout and especially if you are feeling a little off. Good luck bro......its a GREAT ride

And oh yeah....i like 16 week cycles :) pct same as you listed. Mild and appropriate. 25mg clomid works GREAT for me
