First Cycle (Please Help)

Hi guys,
Years lifting: 5
Age: 29
Height : 5'9
Weight : 194 lb
My weights had been hardly improving (Deadlifts, Squats, Bench) so i decided to try steroids now.

currently On a strict clean diet now to bulk up as clean as possible.
So i told my friend i needed to try something and he gave me the following:

2 bottles of Test E 250 (10ml)
1 bottle of Npp (Nandrolone phenylpropionate) (10ml)
and for pct:
1 box of (Anastrazole) 1mg per tablet (50 tablets)

1 box of Proviron 25 mg per tablet (20 tablets)
My friend has said i should try a cycle of 8 weeks starting with 500 test e weekly (sat, wed) and start the Npp somewhere in the 4th week of test e cycle, then immediately start taking the Anastrazole and proviron after i'm done with cycle...
So anyway how would u stack those together? dosage? and when to start taking the PCT provided? should i inject test e and npp together the same day ? what schedule would u recommend (i'm also planning to do all the injections in the butt)

so I have done some search and i was thinking about:
1- Get rid of the Npp! and just stick with Test E 250 every 3 days for 10 weeks
2-Take daily Anastrazole and Proviron during the cycle before bed
2- Then After 2 weeks from my last shot i start PCT of taking Nolva and Clomid
Simple as that

but i would appreciate any more info and recommendations like:
1- should i take AI during cycle (if so what type and how much?)
2- Do i really need HCG ?
3-What changes would u do overall?
 
1/first cycle test e only, get rid of the Npp
Test E every 3 days is different to Test E twice a week. Think you just made a typo though.

2/ you definitely need an AI during cycle. Anastrazole is actually arimidex, an AI. Before bed, doesn't really matter
3/ You don't NEED HCG, as in, you can cycle without it. However, a large part of this community would recommend it
4/ You said Test E only but then said you'd do Prov? Why add in an oral AAS?
5/ 2 weeks post cycle is old school. Search for PCT calculator, there's a thread in the forums that will pop up and help you
6/ Get pre-cycle blood work done. You'll need that to know your base levels, to then get re-tested and see if your Test is real, if your estrogen is high, etc etc

Before embarking on this route. Can you post your diet please? That's the #1 cause of people not gaining muscle. Even if you think it's on point, humour me please as you can't be too sure!

Sorry i didn't know Proviron was considered a Steroid my friend told me its supposed to be AI during cycle to protect your testicles

My Daily Diet mainly consist large amounts of Chicken , Tuna ,Beef Meat , Oatmeal ,whole Eggs , Skimmed milk , Peanut butter, Nuts ,All kinds of Vegetables i get on hand, White rice
and for Supplements : Whey protein , Multivitamins, Fish oil , BCAA , Metabolism Boosters...

2nd Meal : 2 Cans of Tuna mixed with Vegetables and olive oil , 2-3 Bananas , White Rice(More on Workout days Before Training)
3rd Meal: 40 Grams of whey Protein, Nuts , fish oil
4th Meal: 3-4 Whole Eggs with vegetables or Tuna Again with Vegetables

I also eat something like Apples Between meals , BCAA (During Workout) and some HGH Booster before bedtime.

oh you meant the Calculations , i'm not strictly calculating the intake as my main focus is more strength, Power... then being ripped with 6 pack and all

If you're after being ripped, then the calculations reallllllyyyyy do matter. How else will you know if you're at a calorie surplus or deficit? (E.g. cutting or bulking)

Straight off it looks like you have not enough protein, carbs AND fats. No wonder you aren't gaining. You aren't eating enough.
I swear I was eating more than you pre-contest calorie deficient....and I was cutting for that contest. You said you are trying to bulk...

So, step 1/ EAT MORE.
step 2/ keep eating more
step 3/ don't tough steroids until you eat more as you won't gain much since you don't have enough fuel (food) for your muscles to grow

Anyway i got myself 5000 iu of HCG and clomid now and was thinking about starting this way:
1-500 mg Test e (250x2 weekly) for 8 weeks
2-For AI i'd Take the Anastrazole tablet of 1mg Every 3 Days since the start of the cycle until the last shot.
3-Start Taking the HCG in the last 4 weeks of the cycle 2x times of 500iu a week and stop at the last day of test e cycle (how do you calculate 500iu from the 5000 iu on the needle anyway?)
4-After 2 weeks off Test e cycle and HCG shot , i start taking Clomid and Nolvadex(Or Anastrazole again) for 2 weeks.

What u guys think?? Any changes?
 
an 8 week cycle of Test E?.... I didnt start getting to the good part of my 1st cycle unitl week 5 or 6. 8 weeks is way too short IMO.

for your HCG.... 5000ius for the vial. add 1ml of BAC water. that makes each 10 mark on a 1cc syringe 500ius. 250iu 2x/wk is more a general protocol so you would pull back to 5 mark.

So u think i should keep taking test for like 12 weeks then? and should i take the HGC in mid cycle or all the way from start to end?
