I don’t drink, smoke or do any drugs
And I’m about 14% BF
I train 3 times a week, box 2 times and filling the rest of the time with Running and other physical activities. How would this work for a cycle

The results desired would be a decrease in body fat and increase in lean muscle. Also I am very gyno prone, when I was younger I had it taken care of, but I would never want it to come back. What post cycle therapy (pct) would work the best to keep the man titties at bay?
