Never cycled before. Starting this Saturday

Gear: 500 mg/wk test enanthate (will inject every Sat for 12 wks)

Running during cycle: 250IU hcg twice weekly (Do I need to start on day 1 or on day 14??)
~ 25 mcg Arimidex EOD (Do I need to start on day 2 or on day 14???)

PCT: This is where I find conflicting info. Should I:

Clomid (Week 14 or 12?): 50/50/25/20 or should I do 75/75/50/50??
Nolva: (Week 14 or 12?): 40/20/20/20

Diet is fine (~3000 calories clean, anything more I gain fat and not strength), training is fine, bf is fine (I shed so quickly I will likely be right around 15% 3 weeks from now)

Is there anything I am overlooking??! Please give me your advice. Most important thing for me: retaining my natural test once I am done cycle and PCT.

Thank you for all your help!

You may prefer to split your test doses to 250mg 2x week rather than all in one.
Both arimidex & hcg should begin at the start of cycle.
Pct starts 3 weeks after your last injection & clomid should be either 100/50/50/50 or 75/75/50/50.

Side effects on cycles tend to be worse if your at a higher bf%, something to be aware of.

Also, you want to get some bloodwork done pre/during/post cycle to understand what's going on, if your gear is good, if your recovering, etc.

Thanks!

Yes that was a typo, i forgot to mention I will be splitting the test doses.

I get blood work done frequently.

My cholesterol is "amazing" says my Dr. My blood pressure is good. These are a few of the sides that higher bf% cause. Liver is a-okay.

My research shows that I stop the hcg + arimidex 2 weeks after my last dosage of test E. Then begin clomid + nolva for 4 weeks. Does this sound right?

Just a personal opinion but with PCT after a 12+ week cycle you should wait 3 weeks after a long ester like enanthate and hit clomid 300mg day one followed by 100/50/50/50. I never run Nolva because I have never needed it and found it to cause more problems during PCT than anything. It seems to me like unless you are running multiple compounds that really shut you down, one or the other is fine. Other than that this looks good and dependent on your gear, should gain some good results off of this.
