First Cycle Require Guidance

Hi,
I am interested in using anabolic steroids...So now that that is out of the way I am 20 turning 21 in a month 180lbs and 5'10 around 10-12 percent body fat. My long term goal is to be around 200-210lbs lean.

For my first cycle I am considering 2 options

2 months-60mg of Anavar ed

OR

weeks 1-6 anavar 40mg ed
weeks 1-8 300mg of test e

I only have access to anavar,test and dbol so any help using those for a good cycle to put on lean body mass would be great. As well as how to run a proper post cycle therapy (pct) with that cycle right now I think I would use clomid and kee nolva on hand.
 
Welcome to Ology. You are young....you don't need AAS right now. At this time in your life you will be able to make the best gains with diet and training alone. AAS is only for people that have hit their maximum potential and at 21 you don't hit. You're still growing and don't need AAS.

I also suggest you post up your diet and training so we can critique that before we critique your cycle. If things can be changed with those alone you should do it.

More will chime in but give us a bit more background about yourself and what you have done to get the physique you currently have.
 
Well diet I dont really aim for particulair foods but I try and hit about 200 grams of protein a day and depending on if i am cutting or bulking I adjust my caloric intake I eat 4 or 5 meals a day. I can give u a typical day

meal 1
oatmeal
banana
scoop of whey
eggs

meal 2
Tuna w/ mayo
scoop of whey
some veggies

meal 3
Chicken/Fish/Shrimp
Brown long grain rice
some veggies
milk

meal 4
scoop of cassein whey
cottage cheese

if there is a fifth meal it is usually a small snack consisting of nuts and fruit.

in terms of lifting and how i got this physique i have about 2 and a half years experience lifting and before that did wrestling and football in high school.

Agreed keep training hard, eating right, sleeping well, avoiding unnecessary stress, and learning more before you touch AAS. Meals look solid, though you may want to add 1-2 more meals in there!
 
Your diet is lacking brotha. If you work on your diet you can easily attain 200lbs. Also like the above have said your too young, your still producing natural test and w the low dose your talkig about your just gonna shut yourself down w min. results.
 
save the juice for later . train heavy and i mean HEAVY , get plenty of sleep and rest and then take in of nutrients.
 
You can make some changes by tweaking your diet. Your food choices look pretty good but it looks like you're lacking in calories. How many calories are you getting daily?
 
agree-wait til ur 25-and take the diet advice-ist the most important- "feed da muscle"

Hes probably pinning himself right now or takng a DBol. I don't understand why people just can't listen take advise and leave it at that. If your not ready then your not ready. No big deal, not even one is ready for it and no one is ready at 18-24 yoa plain and simple
