First Cycle Review Request

Hey Fellas,

I am hoping to hear some feedbacks/reviews on my FIRST cycle that i get from a pro bodybuilder which was created based on my details, this is suppose to be based on 3 months plan:

Age: 26
Weight: 209 LB
Height: 6'1
Body Fat: About 18-20%
Years Of Training: Solid 2 Years / 4 days a week
Goals: 60LB Muscle Gain / Reach 7-8% Body Fat

250 mgs test e every other day
200 mgs eq every other day
75 mgs tren a every other day
1 mg arimadex every day
4 iu gh everyday upon waking (if u can afford)

Appreciate any feedback / suggestion.

Not a good first cycle at all. Drop some body fat before thinking about using. Then cut out the eq and tren and run test only. Stick around here and research, you seem to know nothing about aas. I see no mention of pct. Read the stickies.
 
Another trainer or bodybuilder leading people down the wrong road.

Test only as mentioned. Start off with .25 or .5 Adex EOD, not 1mg ED.
And that cat didn't mention PCT?
And 60lb muscle gain isn't realistic.
 
What these guys said dont rush into this learn how to do it right and if you knew anything your probably not going to reach 60lbs gain in one go do some research for a while bro really rethink what your about to do cheers
 
I don't care if Jay Cutler himself designed this for you. This is NOT what you want to do. This being your first cycle you have no idea how you are going to react to anything, that is why we start with a simple long estered test only cycle, with an AI followed by PCT. Running that many compound without using any of them before you are going to have no clue what is doing what, and judging by your lack of knowledge (no offence) and simply letting someone tell you what to do, your most likely gonna fuck yourself up. All the shit I read, if your get a cycle put together by a pro bodybuilder of a trainer that's 9 times outta 10 NOT what you want to do.

Bro, why don't you do some homework on the subject and gain some knowledge so you can make a decision on what YOU think is best and most healthy for you, don't let someone else lead you down a path, take yourself down it.
 
Appreciate everyone advice, I am not going to fuck myself... i did realized something is fucked up with that cycle and that's why i am here seeking for some reviews on my cycle before doing anything. Schredder is right, I have lack of knowledge on aas, I never used them, but i am doing as much researches as i can before i go for anything.

as for pct, he was going to give me the pct plan after i finish the cycle.

That PAID cycle plan was written to me by a famous bodybuilder that probably everybody knows here, i rather not share his name anyway. but seems like i get ripped off.

I'll get the body fat down to 15%. then i will start with 500mg of test e each week spread by 2 shots for 12 weeks / arimidex 0.25mg every other day. followed by a good pct. I hope this sounds better and i hope i can gain at least 35-40LB after my first cycle as i am not willing to do more than 2 cycles after all.

While you may gain that in weight, you won't gain that in lean muscle mass in 1 cycle.

ALWAYS, ALWAYS have PCT on hand before doing any cycle.

Wise choice and good attitude, read up man, you have all the time in the world, you could very gain 30lbs your first cycle, but it wont mean lean muscle mass, there will be a lot of water weight, which you will shed quickly when you come off. I always say the less you go up in poundage the better because at least it solid quality muscle mass, which it what were shooting for.
 
I'll take everything in mind. what does a good pct plan look like for my cycle? and should I try to keep my diet clean to lower some more body fat WHILE on cycle or i should just eat as much as i can and diet few months after the cycle end?
