First cycle Review

I am 33, 5'10, 178 lbs, 14% bf. I have lifted since high school with a couple breaks in between. I have been lifting seriously for about 4 years when I'm able to (deployments hinder lifting occasionally). I just got out of the Army and finally have the opportunity to control every aspect of my diet, lifting and cardio. My diet is on point, I consume a clean 2500 cals/day. I have been reading up on AAS for about a year. I was hoping for some feedback mostly because some of the threads I've read go back 5-10 years and I want to make sure my cycle/knowledge is up to date. I believe it is. I have added one compound extra that some may frown upon but i'm confident with it. I have also followed Hockeyplaya18's novel (good read), pikiki's my afghanistan cycle, and others. All supplies are in and I'm in no rush, just looking to iron out the wrinkles.

1-12 250 mg of Test E e3d
1-4 Dianabol 30mg ed
1-12 Arimidex .25 eod
1-12 Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 500iu e3d
Supplements, BCAA Fuel, Fish oil, Milk Thistle, Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM, Flaxseed Oil, Glutamine, L-Arginine, Liv.52, DX7, Whey Protein.

I have extra HCG, so I was still planning on doing a blast before my PCT.

week 14 500iu ed for 10 days

PCT
week 15ish 100mg clomid first day then 50 mg/ed. Nolva 40 mg/ed
Week 16 clomid 50 mg/ed. Nolva 40 mg/ed
Week 17-18 clomid 50 mg/ed. Nolva 20 mg/ed


Goals. Cut some fat. Add muscle, tighten everything up and reap the benefits of Testosterone.

Workout. Run every morning, 3-4 miles. I do this already so it's just routine, I need the cardio. Split lifin
I currently lift three days a week, full body, low weight high reps. Crossfit 2xwk. I'm going to a 4 day split for lifting.

Mon Shoulders/tri's
Tue Back
Thur Chest/Biceps
Fri. Legs

Everything looks good bro but you know how it is test only for a first cycle.Learn the compound how it feels how you react to it before introducing a second compound.This is how i was taught will u die if u throw in some dbols fuck no but if u get sides u dont know which one it is
 
I used to get well pissed off when coming back from op's, all the hard work you put in before you went getting big and strong then after 6 months of eating my arch enemy STICKY TOFFEE PUDDING (which is like a fcking brick) you look like a 10 year crackwhore. owelll atleast in the end they started packing the tuna mmmmm mmmmmm

Your right Brother bundy, I know the rules, Test e or c only. I just read soo much and it seems like Dbol is almost accepted now for the first cycle, if not recommended. I have no problem dropping the Dbol from the cycle.

Yeah you know how it works. Thought about trying a cycle while I was in but just couldn't control the big three. AAS, Workout routine, diet.

your going to get great gains from test only and it feels fucking good bro.save the dbol for round 2
 
Honestly, my first cycle I was wanting it to be "worth it" and see badass gains so I was considering stacking some test with some tren (of the worst to add to a first cycle) but after being told repeatedly to stick to just the test for the first cycle, that's what I did. It really is amazing what just some test will do to you if you put in the work. You may feel like you need some extra products in there to get the gains you want but, im telling you, you will be extremely happy with the results from just a test cycle.
 
Just Test it is. I will save the Dbol for round 2. I knew the damn rules for " first cycle". I shouldn't have even wasted y'alls time. Thanks for the review. Going for my first pin next Monday.

Thats it, if your going to do it, you got to do it properly. There is a thread on here call 'my Afghanistan cycle' look out for it, he seemed to do alright out there.
