Hello everyone,
I'm a soccer player and I will be playing my senior year on the upcoming season. I have a big chance to be drafted on the MLS draft, but the MLS scout told me that I MUST gain more mass..
20 years old
Height: 5'10
Weight: 180pounds
I would say that I don't have a low fat percentage but I don't have a high fat percentage either..
I'm planning to do my first cycle.. and as of now, my plan is just taking Anavar(oxandrolone) once I will be playing DI by the end of August and I might have to take drug tests..
my plan so far is:
8 weeks of Anavar(oxandrolone)
Week 1 - 8
50mg of Anavar
if you guys have any suggestion what kind of other steroid I can take it with Anavar that would help my endurance, I would be glad to hear. I have done some research, and please don't come with any substance which can be detected up to 2 months..
my routine is basically 5 training days..
Monday/Wednesday/Friday lifting weights + apprx 6 miles run
Tuesday/Thursday fitness tests
ps: I know people will say that once I've been told I might have a chance to be drafted it means that I'm playing at high level, and soccer is a skill sport, I don't need to take nothing just work hard but I MUST do the cycle in order to gain mass..
