First cycle starting today, have some questions

its not that test wont help. its just that it wont help much. Only because your just starting. your gains will be so huge right now because you are just starting heavy lifting. I do not think your strenght will escalate much faster with test at this time. now in 4-6 months when you hit that intitial plateau that is when it would be most beneficial.

what im saying is you will gain without test right now super fast and it will slow down in 3-4 months. if you add test at that point you will get another 3 months of continous growth.

By adding test now your still going to plateau in 3-4 months then what? if you wait that amount of time you can grow continuously for the next 7 months. get what im saying?

and since you will be doing it naturally, you're body will have a much easier time keeping that weight instead of reverting back to homestasis.

Why do you need a study? Do you think I'm trying to keep you down? Dude, its the opposite. We're trying to help. I don't know. I could give a fuck less about what you look like. But if you're gonna do something, why take a shortcut when you can get the same effects and and more for a longer period of time by spending the next few months lifting natty.

I know you're excited. Its natural to be that way. But take a step back. Doing juice just cause it will motivate you is stupid and a waste of time and money.

The thing is I've always been a hard gainer, and when I did gain muscle fat always came with it. If you read my reply to RJ, I have weight trained before so it's not my first time ever or anything, just first time in a while. I'm just hoping to gain weight leaner, and if it the gains come faster with the test then that's just a bonyus. (which we all know it will, we just have no idea how much it seems).

Anyway, I will say that if I posted this thread 3 weeks ago before I ordered the gear, I would have taken the advice to wait. But right now I am sort of addicted to this super motivated feeling. I can't wait to hit the gym today (something I never used to enjoy), and I am even excited about the diet part (which is the fucking worst for me... I hate eating this much shit but knowing I will def see gains if I do it right is what pushes me)

So unless you can show me some sort of solid evidence or study (like the 300mg vs 600mg test thread) I'm going to have to continue. I do appreciate the diet advice you gave though.

Haha It's not that I think that you're trying to keep me down, it's just that I am a very logical sort of person. It doesn't make sense to me that test, the magical ingredient that converts exercise+diet into muscle, would in any way hurt what I'm trying to do.

As I said in my reply earlier, if this was 3 weeks ago, I def would have taken the advice. Right now though I am too addicted to this feeling of knowing I finally have the motivation it takes to gain good muscle. That's why for me to stop now, I would really want to have a solid study proving what you said. There have been plenty of steroid related studies out there, so it's not like this is some crazy request, I just want to know what you are basing this off of. Sometimes "common knowledge" turns out to be wrong, science proves that over and over.

edit: I do agree with you about losing some of it post cycle therapy (pct), but I do think the extra gains I get from the test will offset any losses from the post cycle therapy (pct), I mean this is the whole reason people do steroids, you don't lose all the gains. I have plenty of clomid ready, and a lot of people say a proper clomid alone post cycle therapy (pct) is fine, I'm only doing 500 mg of test.

Listen I've seen some of the first cycle plans alot of newbs have on here, and for you to say this cycle "sucks" is just dumb. I already said if I didn't see the gains I wanted, I would just up the calories/protein. I understand that eating enough on my cycle will be the hardest part, and if all you advised was to up the calories/protein some, then I would have thanked you for your advice. Instead you guys jumped on my ass telling me I shouldn't even be thinking of a cycle, and that I just need to go to burger king, and will only get water gains if I do try, and shit like that, instead of trying to actually help me with my first cycle.

If anything, the motivation I have to not waste my time, money, and my risk my health for no gains on this cycle is all I need to make it work.

First Cycle i would say just a test-only 12 week cycle followed by post cycle therapy (pct) then your done

you will gain muscle, just remember to eat a lot, double what you normally eat. I would try to stay away from fatty foods when cycling like buger king and food with tran fats. of course you need fat in your diet to grow as well as carbs and protein etc
BASICALLY find a personal trainer or someone w/ experience in bodybuilding to draw up a diet plan. They will know more then some big shot on this board when it comes to a good diet to gain muscle.

dont listen to those cocksuckers, they are hypicrates refusing to believe they once were in your shoes and very small. it makes them feel better to comment and talk shit because they still wont be happy no how much they juice.
No person new to the idea of steroids knows everything.

underground u need to listen to these guys with experience. they arent telling u to base ur diet around burger king there saying steriods arent used in the beginning of the game. u need to put in time and effort along with diet and possibly come to a platue and then think about the test. what ur gonna gain off your what 10week cycle, you could save your money, go smart and hard for six months and probally gain the same amount.

20lbs in 6 months for me when i first started.

Huge gains, fast. And that was just with proper training, eating. and lots or protein.

The 'logical' thing to do, would be wait till you hit that plateau, then do it, so you keep growing.
