Hey guys, long time lurker first time poster. Lately I've been thinking of doing my first cycle to take myself to the next level. Some info on me first:
I'm 5'10", 175lbs, 12% bodyfat, and have been lifting seriously for 2 years (was 115lbs when I started lifting). At the moment I am cutting to get leaner on 2500 calories a day (100g fat/175g protein/225g carbs). I would be starting my cycle after I finish my cut and start bulking again.
Here's what the cycle would look like:
Week 1-4:
250mg Sustanon 2x a week
Week 5-12:
250mg Sustanon (sust) 2x a week
.5mg Adex EOD
Week 13:
.5mg Adex EOD
Week 15-18 (PCT):
Week 15:
300mg Clomid first day
100mg ED rest of the week
50mg Nolva ED
Week 16:
50mg Clomid ED
50mg Nolva ED
Week 17:
50mg Clomid ED
25mg Nolva ED
Week 18:
25mg Clomid ED
25mg Nolva ED
