I would eat clean all the way through except for some cheats. I am in my 5th week of the same cycle you are proposing. Take a look at my log and see if it fits as I have described my plan for PCT. Also, have my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) info as well, which I have modified after blood work last week.

Yeah mate I didn't mean eat bad beforehand, I eat clean all the time. I just mean should I increase my total calorie intake after the first few weeks so I can grow better, example: 1000 calories over rather than my normal 500 calories over while natty bulking.

All are liquid so guessing that is oral and was wondering how hard that would be to measure for example, with the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) tablet you'd just have 1/4 a tablet.
Is there any problems with oral versions of PCT and AI?

yes looks good to me, maybe slightly more Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for the dex, maybe 0.5mg ed-eod, for letro that dose would be ok, even e3d, but letro is super strong/effective, but keep it as you have, if you feel you need a bit more you can always slightly rise dose and give it a week or two to see effect of raise. you can

Is there any problems with oral versions of PCT and AI? not if its from a good quality maker with positive feed back, RUI is good for research products, havent had an issue myself

I would get your blood work done after about 4 weeks or so. I was on liquid arimadex .25 eod and my estradiol was like 11.2. Very low. Feeling better now that I cut it, but only been a week.
Everyone's different, though.

Yes post cycle therapy (pct) 3wks after last pin of sus, Clomid 50/50/50/50 should be fine. I also didn't need any Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for my sus only cycle. This is all from my personal experience though. I think you can use Nolva 40/40/20/20 as well

Did you use Nolva and clomid? and also does not using a Aromatase inhibitor (AI) hinder gains at all?

I used only Clomid, I dont believe not using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) would hinder gains except if you get a lot of estro conversion I guess, but your gains wouldn't be hindered by the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) itself then.
