First cycle Test P + D-bol newbie.

Hi.
First of all I want to start with apology about my bad English, hope that basic information will be able to understand.

About me:
I am 21 year old. 85Kg = 187.39lbs. 180cm = 5'11'. Start training 6 years ago. Basic reason was to get lean due to bullies while i was fat at young age.

In these years I have tried a lot of different training and eating protocols but so far no 6pack. Even one summer i tried zero carbs high protein with 1hour cardio EOD + 90min weight training EOD, after several weeks look like shit with no singes of abs.
Right now my social life suck's due to strict eating timing and training schedule, not going out party because of alcohol and I feel depressed because I am not even close to reach my goals. I am even suicidal - and this is one of my worries what will happen when I come off.

In order to follow my goal to be lean right now I am on 5th week on keto, with about 100g of fat 100g carbs 200g protein,cardio E3D,weights 60min E3D and one day off. because IMO it will be better to enter cycle with lowest possible BF and d-bol+testP will gain back last few week muscle losses and bloat me also.

Drug history:
Once tried stanazol 30mg ED, after 5th day get singes of gyno and stop get some clomid and now everything feels ok (probably fake stan). New cycle is from another dealer.

Right now I have planned start with 150mg testP ETD and 30mg ED first week, after that 150mg testP EOD 30mg d-bol. for 4weeks just to find out what will happen after this. As PCT I got only Nolva. (everything already bought). Basic question about cycle is what should i do about my eating - is it worth to stay on keto and I gaidn anythibg with this cycle or maximaize gains with 350g of carbs?

I cant convince myself to start cycle i am not afraid of injections, my worry is about hair loss and gyno. Maybe someone can motivate me and correct me about something wrong with cycle?

You are not ready for AS with these stats and body, you need to learn how to eat first. But you will run cycle anyway no matter what people tell you. Why short ester like test P for first cycle? Just stick to basic Test E 500mg/wk for 12 weeks. Maybe add dbol if you have to...

D-bol week1-4

TestE 500mg/wk for 12 weeks

if you don't eat healthy and sleep well it's all going to be wasted, as always first cycle the mine start
stay away from McDonald's lolol, drink lots of water NO pop can ,
fish chicken baked potato salad vegetables fruits and more do some research befor starting your cycle
 
what the fuck.. i mean are you kidding me....i mean for pct only nolva, how did u get that idea? and do you even plan to add an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), cause you dont mention it. and for the first cycle you should stick to test only(preferable enth or cyp). and you want to get ripped and lean and use dbol at the same time? dbol will bloat you up. so stick with test. and do some research bro, that will be the best for you. i wish you luck
 
If you are dead set on test prop I would not recommend waiting every 3 days. I would (only recommend) that your cycle should look something similair to this

Week 1-8 Test prop 150 mg EOD
Week 1 25 mg Dbol ED
Week 2-4 you could up your dose if you feel your body can handle it. Be mindfull of your heart rate sitting if you plow right into 50mg of dbol fist time user your heart will feel like it's about to jump out of your chest, so start slow.

Do not start this without everything you need. I would recommend Clomid for Pct and arimadex to run on cycle but honestly keep do research before you understand all aspects before you go through with this because if you don't take all precautions you could end up not to far from fat guy bra shopping :) hence arimadex

I'm no nutritionist but start with 180g carbs and 165 g of protein I'm sure someone will critique my diet advice for you.

Summary get proper Pct Nolva/Clomid and arimadex for bloating and keeping estrogen in check
