First cycle TEST P & Var

Hey guys, I've been looking through the forums a whole lot. I've been reading up on like 20 pages of the "My Cycle~" section and I've read tons of your comments.

I am 20 years old.
I weigh 77KGs atm and I am 177CM tall. I have fully decided that I am going to do this, and instead of doing it bad, maybe I could do it in a good way with your help. So please lets not focus on convincing me to not do this and maybe try to help me with information! :)

I was planning on doing something like this.

Test Prop 50mg EOD Weeks 1-8
Clomid 50mg ED Weeks 9-11

I'll be taking NAC, R ALA, Vitamin C & i'll be drinking tons of water. I am also considering to add creatine mono to the mix.

Also, what is "AI" everyone keeps talking about? This is my first time over here so maybe its a different kind of slang in my own language.

Could you more experienced fellas please give me your thoughts on this?

If you had read the amount of pages you suggest, then I don't understand why you would create a thread knowing you will bashed by everyone.

A few points to learn from & understand why you'll be criticized:

Your 20.
You've included an oral in your first cycle, showing that you have not read/ignored the stickies.
Milk thistle is a waste of money.
AI = Aromatase Inhibitor, its pretty important unless you want to develop man boobs :)

EDIT: You being prone to gyno & not knowing about AIs is insane, please do some more research.

1. Yes I am 20, I need this anyways, my age wont change it for me.
2. I thought that if you include an oral and combine it with i.e. testo P you will not shut down your HTPA.
3. I will stay away from Milk thistle then, is there anything else you would recommend other than that I added on the main post?
4. I have been browsing a lot since 2 years back, probably on the wrong forums, which specific AI should I buy?

So basically, I'll remove the oral, skip the milk thistle and make sure I have AI.
 
Nobody is going to suggest you start cycling at your age but what i recommend is you go and get some blood work so we can see where your levels are at.

If they are low then you should talk to your doctor to see what your best options are.

And just so you know EVERYTHING shuts you down...this is why we add test to our cycles so we can still benefit from our natural hormone or boost it to increase benefits.

Of course it shuts you down, bad formulated by me, its 04:49 AM where I live. I ment that it doesn't shut you down as much, and I still am not sure if thats correct.

Individually or together, those compounds shut down your HPTA.

I see, but the main reason I wanna push this is because I am not putting on muscles after 2 years on the gym. I got my newbie gains and now im standing still. I go to the gym 5 times a week and I eat like a savage.
I feel like something has to change.
 
Everybody hits plateaus and it doesn't mean it's your natural limit. Most of the time you need to switch something up like diet, training, or increase the amount you sleep. You're very young and it takes soooo long to figure out what your body responds best to.

I suggest changing one of those 3 variables at a time so you can figure out what is making the difference.

Trust me when I say you'll be shocked at your genetic potential if you stay motivated and willing to try different things. My brother was stuck in the 180's for years until he started sleeping properly. 4 years later and he's mid 220's around 10%bf and he's completely natural. Eat/train/sleep

I live at home so I don't really have a plan yet, however my parents know that I have to eat meat so its always good stuff, chicken breast, steak etc. But I make sure I have a good amount of protein intake throughout the day and I get in about 100g protein a day.

During workout I drink BCAA, post workout 1 ½ scoops of whey 100% gold standard protein.

Since you still are a kid living at home, I am going to give you advice that your old football coach probably told you. Drink a gallon of milk a day. You will gain weight. I know everyone on the forum is going to tell me that is terrible advice!!! But you live at home with your parents and you don't buy/prepare your own food yet! Milk will help your more than AAS at this stage of your life. You need to get on your own feet first.

I will take your milk advice, but also I'd like to search for an option to use AAS also.

You are going up in weight a LOT, but you are not gaining muscle? That's a training problem them.

I wish I could show you how I train, I go all in and train like a pro, nothing happens. I eat well, I sleep 9 hours steady. Still nothing going on.

If so, maybe you should get a blood test to see what your hormone levels are at. Go to Private MD - Buy Lab Tests Online and get the Hormone Panel for Females (for men too). Costs about $50. You will want to have this anyway shoukd you ever run a cycle in your life. It is important to know your healthy baseline hormone levels so you can guage your recovery from AAS later.

I am gaining fat only basically. I would guess on 20-25% since last year, august 2013 I was on 12%~ and I have since then been bulking this way.

Of course I understand your confusion, this is the reason why I want to do a cycle. I will buy that as soon as I have the money.

Be smart. Get the blood work right away. You might be hypogonadal. Get your thyroid checked too. Run a thyroid panel.
