First Cycle. Test Prop + Winnie

hey all. first post and long time lurker here. I'm 5'9. 162 pounds, and currently 21. I know many of you will say im not ready to start gear, but I have been working out for 5 years. My 1 rep max are as follows: bench-265, squat-315, deadlift-420 (just hit the 1000 cub lol).

I think im around 10% bfi. Heres a picture when i was 155(probably 8%).

Considering how long I've been working out and my lifts I think I'm ready to start gear. Im not getting bigger than 162, and I know my diet is spot on. (I study biochemistry at a prestigious university so am familiar with all the science of eating and gear)

The cycle im thinking of is as follows.

Weeks 1-8: Test Prop 100mg EOD
Weeks 3-8: Winstrol (winny) 50mg tablets ED
Weeks 1-8: Adex .25mg ED
Week 8: Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 500iu ED (blast)
Weeks 9-12: Nolva 40/40/20/20

Will be taking milk thistle as well.

so please critique my cycle. If you're knowledgable and still are convinced that I am not ready for gear let me know as well.

also with test prop, does anyone find any impairment on thinking? like cloudy thinking/light headedness.

i would do .5 adex eod
u will need clomid as well. 100/00/50/50
you dont need hcg

i am going to tell you right now, that growing just by eating , get to 180 then start.

the recent picture is not 8. thats a 9-10. at 8 you would not need to flex your abs at all. regardless of my rant, just read the begining of my post

yeah i mentioned in my post that im currently around 10, and that the old pic I got down to 8. Whats the advantage of doing .5adex EOD vs .25adex ED? as well why Nolva and Clomid? don't they work on the same mechanism? And why not hcg? (trying to gain enough knowledge as possible)

You said it in your post, you're too young...don't go the shortcut route...

What age would be a good age then? Or is it the experience? Worked out for 5 years now, and I've pushed myself extremely hard (2hours a day, 6/7 days a week). I've tried eating 4000 a day at one point (this was extremely difficult for me as an ectomorph). I don't want to take a shortcut, but not seeing progress anymore is disheartening. I feel more ready then most of the people I see on the forums who are older, but seem to have less dedication then I do.

Age and experience...be 23 at LEAST but 25 being the better choice.
And if you aren't seeing progress then your diet is off somewhere.
Get with a nutritional coach...go to the diet forum on here and get in touch with 3J. His info is in the first sticky thread on that forum...that ectomorph stuff is overrated...classifying all humans using 3 categories is bs....everyone is a different in some way, thus everyone needs a specific custom diet according to their genetic needs.
 
Also your workouts my be too long...too much strain in the body without the right amount of calories or hormones to support the stress could cause overkill...
Basically working out too long or too much can produce negative or neutral results.
My workouts are 45min to an hour followed by light cardio and I'm gaining slowly...
 
Workouts should be capped at 1 hour bro. Counter productive after that.
162 is probably too light but I have to be honest I did a cycle at 21 weighing something similar thats the only reason I understand. I f'd up post cycle therapy (pct) and lost gains over the next 6 months. You should just stay nat for another year and a half. Smash your nat supps if you want. Tribulus, amino, protein, things like that. Personally think pre workout is too bad for you. If your going to run the cycle regardless id just consider losing a week or two off the wini/stana. Your slim enough and prop is mostly lean muscle that it adds.
