First Cycle TestE/Dbol/Winny

This is my first cycle I have a few questions here are my stats.
24yrs old
6'1
225 lbs
15% body fat
working out on and off 4 years last 6 months have been going steady 3-4 days a week not lifting heavy and doing moderate cardio.
I want to take Test E for 8 weeks Dbol (British Dragon) Oral for 8 weeks followed by 4 weeks of Winstrol (winny) orals.
week 1-8 Dbol oral 50 mg ED (mon-fri with sat and sun off)
week 2-10 Test E 500mg shot twice per week
week 9-12 Winstrol (winny) oral ( 1st week 30mg ED// 2nd week 40mg ED// 3rd week 50mg ED// 4week day 1 50mg// day 2 40mg// day 3 40 mg// day 4 30 mg// day 5 30 mg// day 6 10mg// day 7 10mg)

weeks 12-16 Nolvadex PCT
I'm not 100% sure on the PCT so if anyone has recommendations please help

I want to take the Dbol and test E to get good gains in muscle mass and I want to take the Winstrol (winny) at the end to reduce some of the water retention and to harden up my gains for the test E while turning my gains into leaner muscle mass.
I am going to try and get Nolvadex from the people I'm getting the Test E and Dbol from . if I cannot is there a place I can order it from online? and is there anything you guys can comment on about my cycle?
My mom has tamoxofin allot of it for her cancer and if comes down to it I will ask her if I can have it loll and she can just get more from her doctor loll.
While taking test and dbol should I take an anti estrogen ? and what do you recommend if I need one?
Also my diet is not that good ill diet 2- 3 weeks then I will eat like shit for a week or 2 and then ill diet it's like that on an off. during the cycle I am going to diet hardcore and eat well.
Also I am going to take-
Isopure protein 2 shakes per day
CLA soft gels- to promote lean muscle mass
A multi vitamin every day
Glucosamine pills or liquid
L-Caraentine liquid an hour before work outs to help burn fat
Milk Thistle pills three times daily 2 pills am- 2pills afternoon- 2 pills pm
and cycle support from nutra planet once per day in my second protein shake.
also will be taking flax seed and a pill to knock my cholesterol down.
If I am taking too much stuff please let me know.

I am going to be lifting heavy mon-saturday with Sunday off I lift correctly and I know how to work out I've had trainers in the past on and off for a few months at a time.
I'm trying to include everything but it's hard to think on the spot please ask me any questions and give me any comments that may help me.
 
Is there a reason? is the Dbol Tomuch i can knock down the amount take to lets say 30mg ED ? or would it be best to completly take it out?
 
i've taken dbol myself 200 tabs 5mg ea. all it did was make me bloat. strength went up a bit, M1Ts made strength way more than dbol.

Ive read on several sites that deca is much better stack than dbol... not my info, just from the world wide web

i think dbol is poop it rips ur liver and bloats you

some people suggest to run the Winstrol (winny) for two more weeks after you're done with the Test. I personally would not do that. Even though Test E is a long ester roid, you're plain wit fire, i think. I'm running the Winstrol (winny) along side the Test. When I'm done with the Test, im done with the winny.

damn, my forearms are hurting from the typing...lol Fucking juice gets the muscles pumped with just aBOUT anything..lol

I just think for your 1st cycle, you're stacking a lot of shit.. See how you react to test and Winstrol (winny) and add the dbol for your next cycle. Cause then you'll never kno what did what, ya kno?
 
cam What type of results have you gotten with just test and winny?

I was 175lbs 2 months before my cycle. I stopped creatine, and stopped going to the gym 6 days a week and lost a little over 10lbs.

When I started my cycle I was 163lbs @ like 12% BF.

Im 180lbs @ like 10% BF now. But, honestly, I feel as though I look much, much better! My shoulders were the weakest part on my upper body. Not no more! My shoulders look pretty nice now. So, Im happy. And I have 2 more weeks left.
 
Ok that sounds nice!! Im hoping to decrease my body fat to about 9-12% im going to do alot of cardio.. eat alot of lean meats and diet correctly i want lean gains i hope to be about 230 im 225 now.. im hoping to loose at least 10-15 lbs in fat and replace that with about 10-15 lbs in muscle... soo we will see how it works out for me i will post before an after pictures im starting the cycle on either this monday or next monday soo look out for those pics and in 12 weeeks they should be up. im hoping to loose fat weight and replace it will muscle mass i hope it works out i am going to do my reasearch and i havent decided yet if im going to leave out the dbol becuase i can use some good strenght gains .. im gonna limit my water intake and just drink enough and im going to look into something that will reduce water retention while im on dbol and test E.
 
Nah!! Drink plenty of water!! You're not going to prevent it by not drinking as much water. Drink at least 1 gallon per day + a lot at the gym!

And just so you kno, bloating will help you lift more!

week 1-8 Dbol oral 50 mg ED (mon-fri with sat and sun off)

Short life orals such as dbol require continuous dosing to balance blood plasma levels. Further the use of 50mg is injudicious to say the least. 30mg would be appropriate.

week 9-12 Winstrol (winny) oral ( 1st week 30mg ED// 2nd week 40mg ED// 3rd week 50mg ED// 4week day 1 50mg// day 2 40mg// day 3 40 mg// day 4 30 mg// day 5 30 mg// day 6 10mg// day 7 10mg)

As a preliminary point, stanazolol implementation should always coincide with exogenous testosterone implementation. The taper you have described is un-necessary.

weeks 12-16 Nolvadex PCT

4 weeks 40/40/20/20

For PCT use with Clomid:

You can not change your gains into lean muscle mass. Dbol carries alot of water weight. You can't use Winstrol (winny) to turn the water weight into muscle.

Your mental laxity is apparent from your proposed cycle. Since I have gone this far I guess i will spoon feed you like a baby since you decided to post before doing any kind of search or referencing the stickies on this board.

Proper first cycle
1-12 Test E 500mg
1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg ED
14-18 Clomid 100/50/50/25

Taking your mothers cancer medication is assanine. Go to RUI website and order your own.

The above quote reveals the intricacies behind your lack of progress. Diet is essential for muscle tissue development. Since your diet is atrocious simply fixing this will enable to make significant gains without the implementation of gear.

No more then 50 grams of your macro-nutrient split for protein should be implemented through shakes.

Conjugated Linoleic acid does not promote lean muscle tissue. It is a family of 28 to 34 isomers of linoleic acid. The range of isomers varies on ruminant derivation of dairy versus animal carcass.

The clinical trials regarding linoleic acid where performed on genetically lean pigs and was found to decrease abdominal intramuscular lipid cells resulting in firmness. Trials in humans yielded little to no benefits and due to the c9t11 and t10c12 isomers insulin sensitivity was imbalanced resulting in additional glycogen conversion to adipose tissue.


L-Caraentine liquid an hour before work outs to help burn fat

L-Carnitine is an amino acid and as such is best utilized post workout for two reasons. Obviously the bodies nutrient uptake related to protein (amino-acid chains) is upregulated. Further L-Carnitine is utilized to shuttle broken down fat into the muscle cells mitochondria for use as energy during the golgi apparatus peptide creation.

In summation, get your diet in check to facilitate natural gains. Lack of research and basic understanding of compounds leads to an inevitable conclusion. Attempting to use gear will do more harm then good for you.

Your next step should be to post your diet in the diet forum and get that in check.
 
You really have to do more research before you touch anything. 8 weeks of Dbol at 50mg a week is just really unnecessary and all out toxic for the liver. Why ramp Winstrol (winny) up and down? Just go 50mg a day for 6 weeks to end the cycle and that's it.

Week 1-10 - Test 500mg/week
Week 1-4 - Dbol 30mg/day
Week 4-10 - Winstrol (winny) 50mg/day

Personally for a first cycle i would only do the test.
