First Cycle this seem ok

first 3 weeks
300mg test c
300mg sus

after that 500mg test c each week

with nolvadex 2 a day and 1 proviron

Would be taking Anavar but am not to sure what dose i shud be taking

any help or info

I'd drop the Sus personally... Just bump the cyp up to 500 the whole time and you can kick start with Anavar (var) or end with it.
Run Anavar (var) at 40-50mg to start and see how you react. Your blood pressure will go up likely. Then you can bump to 80mg if you like. Depends on how it comes really.

Nolva is for post cycle therapy (pct)? Assuming your taking 20mg pills?

What's with the proviron? And no AI? It's nice to at least have on hand for gyno issues.

yeah what would you suggest how i change it and the dosage and what Aromatase inhibitor (AI) would be the best to run on this cycle and im not sure what mg the Anavar (var) is yet

If you're def looking to limit the bloat, some guys don't care, then run one of these two after week 2:
Arimidex at .25mg EOD
Aromasin at 12.5mg EOD
You can increase dose to ED if gyno still comes thru.

I don't have a preference really. I like aroma bc it was in pill form. They're equally good and equally used by guys here.

I'm not expert but you want to take an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during cycle to prevent aromatizing (bloating, gyno, etc.) but once you actually have gyno then u want nolva to stop E from attaching to AR and thus stop the gyno process and help revert it. Its your first cycle my man. Just run the Cyp for 12 weeks at 500mg/week. Forget Anavar or Proviron for now. See how you react to a test only cycle first. I'm assuming you meant nolvadex and Provi for PCT??? That's a bad idea. Just run Nolva and clomid.. thats standard PCT.

Clomid 50, 50, 50 ed for 3 weeks
Nolva 40, 40, 20, 20 ed for 4 weeks

You'll get different opinions on this but my opinion is just have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand don't start it right away. If you start noticing your retaining water then start the ai.. I would see how you do with the test before starting it since it's your first cycle

This is correct, I think Ocdude was referring to "Gyno Symptoms" when suggesting raising the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dose.

Drop the proviron first cycle no need. I have seen some older guys use it as a bridge or too control E but androgenic effect is weak either way and has no place in a first cycle post cycle therapy (pct) protocol.

Drop the Sus and run Cyp for 12 weeks not 10. I would also suggest picking up some clomid. Numerous stickies and first cycle logs man. No reason to go outside of the box.

If what you have is 1mg tablets of Arimidex, then yes. The measure 0.25mg's would equal 1/4 of a tablet if it is 1mg.
