New to this site. I've been looking at many other sites and decided this one has the most educated participants. So I've decided to post and see what I get.
I am about to start my first cycle. But before I go into that I will tell you about myself.
33 y.o. 5'7 163 lbs. 9-11% BF (depends on week) Been training for 10 + yrs. Have always been a "hard gainer" Diet is very good. Eat 6-7 meals a day. Consuming roughly 3300 kclas/day. Break down is 30% P, 30% F, 40% C. Remember these are rough estimates but pretty close.
Workout everyday. No fear of over training as I have found my body repsonds best. I hit up on body part a day M- Chest, Tuesday - Back, Wed- Arms, Thur - legs, Fri-shoulders, sat- trap/back, sun- cardio, abs, calves, forearms. I also do 20 min of cardio every day. Strength training is approx 40-50 minutes. roughly 12 sets per day. Train heavy as I can for 8-10 reps. Like I said. Some may not agree with this but I have found that my body repsonds very well to this schedule. But I am open to suggestions as I may need more/less on a cylce.
My goal is to put on a solid 15 lbs. I am thinking that I should add on approx 20-25 lbs and keep 15. Hope that isn't a pipe dream!! Not worried about fat gain as I am lean as it is and know how to cut back.
I feel that I am 'maxed out' on my natural gains and want to take it to the next level.
So on to the cycle....
Weeks 1-10 500 mg Test Enanthate 250/week.
Weeks 1-10 250 mg Deca250/week
Weeks 1-6 40 mg Dianabol 10/day
Weeks 1-10 .5 mg Arimidex/day and continue 10 days past cycle. (not sure about this or Noval...suggestions)
Will take D-bol about an hour before workout. And Test (1ml) and Deca (.5ml) Mondays and Thursdays. Also thought EOD but i want consistency. Thoughts as well?
As for the PCT....i've read mixed things. Thought that the Arimidex would be enough but have read a lot about Noval and that seems a bit better.
If I get many repsonse I was thinking of posting my results as I go along as well. Semi-documentary. I know it has been done before but will be more for myself.
