first cycle time and advice

ok guys, i have been reading up for around 6 months now and think after doing most of my research it would be a good time to post up my proposed cycle for some advice...

23 years old
height 6'3"
weight 174Lbs

am naturally very thin lanky and skinny to be honest, however since training for the past 2 years have actually put on around 15lbs and now feel i have peaked. am still very thin but more muscular and defined but having trouble making any real gains anymore.

Diet: I eat a healthy clean diet, 4-7 meals a day (including shakes). On a off day i will eat 2/3 meals, but this won’t happen while I’m on cycle.

No, you have not "peaked". You are just not eating enough. Hard to believe, I know, but that's the truth.

Learn to eat BIG first, only after that will gear truly help you. Otherwise you'll just inflate like a balloon while ON and then deflate to your current stats.
 
your reply is much appreciated man. will check the diet forum. what weight would you recommend getting to first before starting anything? (if i manage to achieve it). also when i am ready would that cycle be a good one to start with?
 
Work your ass off using compound movements and EAT like an animal for the next 2-3 years, no major breaks, no excuses and you will know when you're ready.
