Hi Guys, need your help regarding my cycle
I was almost going to do deca/dbol cycle as suggested by one of the bodybuilder in gym before I stumbled upon this website.
Here very few people have proper knowledge of steroids and even if they do they don't just share it for free. I was asked to pay big amount just to get by cycle designed. So here I'm designing my own cycle by help of ology.

81kgs(179 pounds)
5'11, bf 10~15 %
2 yrs training
cycle
1-14 test E 250mg/2xweek
1-4 dbol 40mg ed
0.25mg Arimidex/Aromasin+Dostinex 0.25 mg every 3rd day upto 4 week to avaoid any prolactain gyno
hcg-250 iu /2xweek
PCT(will start 2 weeks after last test E enjection)
clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20
armosin 12.5 mg for 4 weeks
As for the diet I eat clean most of the time. I will be eating 5-6 times a day. I can't eat beef or turkey, I don't mind eating beef but it's just very hard to get here so it will be Chicken breast, lamb, Fish and eggs. Lot's of vegetable and fruits. And at least 300gms of protein a day. Still working on my diet plan, may be you guys can help me out.
any suggestion would be helpful ....
