Bullshit. Your height has nothing to do with it except needing to eat more calories. You or your brother is either underestimating calorie intake, simply not eating enough, or suffering from hyperthyroidism. AAS will solve none of these issues and after a cycle you'll gain weight and then just lose it again bc your diet is only supporting 165lbs of mass. If you or he really knew the caloric intake, you wouldn't say "almost 5000 calories" you'd have an actual number to give so I'm calling bullshit again.
