first cycle using test e

Hey guys my brother is about to start his first cycle he is 6'4 165 and I'm thinking he should go with just a standard test cycle of test e at 500 mg a week for 8 weeks with .50 mg armidex ed. And for post cycle therapy (pct) clomid and nolvadex. What do you think?
 
gotta get his weight up 1st. 8wk cycle is pointless, read the stickies first the usual length is 12 weeks. everyone is different with adex but .5 ed would kill my knees so my sweet spot is usually .25 eod or .5 eod tops
 
I believe most here will suggest he spends more time gaining naturally and dieting properly before getting into AAS. 165 at 6'4" means he has a lot of room to gain with the right routine and a high calorie diet.
 
The low weight "could" be metabolically related....some guys just can't seem to gain weight even at 4000+ calories a day.....but I would echo the comments of the other guys here: He still has lots of room to grow....that and an 8wk cycle, especially with Test E, is a waste. He won't start to really see gains until wk 5 or 6, and then he's done 2 wks later.
 
12 weeks test e 500mg
1-4 dbol 40mg (he is very low in weight, i would recommend he gains some more naturally but he probs wont listen so yeah dbol would be great)
1-12 aromasin 12.5mg eod or 1mg adex E4D
pct nolva 40/40/20/20
if he isnt running Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) on cycle (500ius every week and just blasting it at the end, clomid 50/50/25/25)
 
I wanted to echo what a lot of people on here are saying.

Have your brother count the average calories he eats in a week. Then add 500 calories to that. Check weight after a month or two. If he doesnt gain weight bodybuilding may not be in his fate...
 
hey assholes he eats all the fucking time he is just naturally a thin person. for the past month and a half he has been drinking a gallon of whole milk a day and taking in almost 5000 calories a day and lifting hard so yeah all you guys saying he just needs to eat please dont insult my intelligence if thats all he needed to do I wouldnt be on here asking for your advice on which steroids he should use. So I guess he should run test e for 12 weeks at 500 a week. Thanks!:finger:

anyways if your calorie.. or brothers i should is actually at 5000 a day and he isnt gaining then yes gear is the key. 500 test e a week for 12 weeks and dbol to kick off for weeks one to four. me personally if i were doing a bulk as a beginner would add another compound such as maybe eq for weeks 1 to 12 seeing as it gives slow and steady lean gains with little sides. especially since your brother seems to have a hard time gaining weight even eating as much as dwayne johnson. but also remember its not always the amount of calories but the quality.
 
Shit, if your brother, or whomever you're talking about won't gain weight even with gear, then it's gotta be more food.
 
dont really give a shit if you believe me or not all you guys talking about he just needs to eat more are probable around 5'8 (or under) and its very easy for you to put on size just by eating but myself being 6'3 I cant tell you from experience that its hard for someone who has long lean muscle to gain mass.

The quality of the calorie doesn't matter if you're trying to gain "weight". And if he isn't gaining weight on 5000calories gear IS NOT key. He's either overestimating calories, not eating enough for growth, or is potentially suffering from hyperthyroidism. Gear won't solve any of these. Sure he'll blow up like a balloon and gain some size, then right after post cycle therapy (pct) he goes back to the same old eating habits and back to 6ft3 and 165lbs. A complete waste of time and money unless the underlying issue is solved first.

Bullshit. Your height has nothing to do with it except needing to eat more calories. You or your brother is either underestimating calorie intake, simply not eating enough, or suffering from hyperthyroidism. AAS will solve none of these issues and after a cycle you'll gain weight and then just lose it again bc your diet is only supporting 165lbs of mass. If you or he really knew the caloric intake, you wouldn't say "almost 5000 calories" you'd have an actual number to give so I'm calling bullshit again. Height has a lot to do with it dumb ass i workout with a bodybuilder who is 5'4 and 175 but he looks a hell of a lot bigger than 175 because he's so short. And unless your a fucking doctor i dont want to hear your opinons on what he might be suffering from because you have the same knowledge and information that anyone else has access to its called the internet. So dont come at me with that shit thinking your some kind of specialist.

I call horseshit on him eating that much and if you keep calling people who are trying to help you assholes your gone from here. you are in denial and just want a easy fix because you are to lazy to eat.

You just proved my point. Height has nothing to do with getting bigger, you just look bigger. Being taller usually means a higher BMR which means you have to eat more which the body USUALLY takes into account by increasing hunger signals. Again unless he's hyperthyroidic he's either not eating that much or not enough. You can talk all the shit you want but you or your brother don't defy the laws of physics no matter how special you want to make yourself out to be. If I have the same access as you do to the Internet why haven't you found the answer yet bc it took me all of 5seconds to figure it out (along with most of the other posters in here). I guess hat just leaves one dumbass in here brother ;).

Ps your 5'4" body builder friend ATE to get to 175lbs. Something which you or your brother aren't doing.
