Alright, I'll try to keep this as short as possible. I've tried to research quite a bit before this post, so please feel free to fill me in on anything I may have misunderstood or failed to address. Also, if I fail to address any details, please feel free to ask me as well. I'm currently 23 years old, 5'7" and have been lifting on/off for about 10 years. I use to be about 235 (fat kid) and dropped down to 170 (+/- 5 lbs) over the past year or two. I can gain muscle and increase my lifting weight fairly quick. About a year ago, I was maxing over 300 on bench and repping 270 on basic supplements such as protein shakes, glucosamine, vitamins, etc, etc. Due to time circumstances, I was forced to stop working out for about 6 months but I now have the time to start again. I've been at the gym for a couple weeks now. I just purchased some winstrol/stanozolol pills and have decided to start a cycle but I haven't started taking them yet because I want to find out more information before I do. The pills I purchased come in a 10mg/pill form and 100 per bottle. Down to business... I don’t want to be skinny and ripped, nor do I want to get hulked up. I want to have a lean body with some decent definition. I also don’t want to inject and plan to do only a cycle or two. I was looking for suggestions on when I should start the cycle, how long of a cycle I should do, what mg/day I should be taking, or whether I should be taking stanozolol to begin with at all. Any information would be well appreciated, even diet. Thanks in advance.
