Ok guys iam thinking of starting my first cycle within the next month or two. So feedback is needed.
A little about myself I have been lifting weights now for three years on and off. I have started lifting now serious in the gym and my diet is spot on for bulking. I took a PH a few years back and without doing any research I developed gyno. Its a very mild case of gyno (puffy nips really). I was young and dum but sure we learn from our mistakes. Going to get surgery on them next year so want to see how the gear affects it.
I would say I know enough on steroids to take them but not as much as I want to know, so thats why iam waiting another month or two to do more research and maybe get a few more pounds on me. Anyways here is what I was thinking.
Testosterone Enanthate 500mg a week.
Tue and Thr
12 weeks
AI-Proviron 12.5 mg a day
PCT- clomid 50/50/50/50
nolvadex 20/20/10/10
Age - 26
Weight - 75kg
Height - 5" 10
