Just joined this site, looking for some guidance.
Been working out for 4 years solid, not everyday as i used to lately cuz of school, but still getting the job done.
Looking at a first cycle
350mg/week Primo
400mg/week Test cyp
Gonna do the primo for 12 weeks, and start the test at end of week four for eight weeks.
I'm 6'0 180, have a good build but looking for some more mass but lean. like to get close to 195 and keep what i gain, this possible?
Any suggestions?
