First Cycle

Hey, I'm new here. Very good website with a wealth of information.

I'm querying what anti-estrogen drugs to use during a 10 week cycle with the following for weeks 1 to 4.

Weeks 1 - 4
Test Enthanate - 250mg p/w
Primobolan - 250 every 2nd Day
Deca - 250 p/w

What ancillary drugs should I be taking with this cycle, Arimidex? something else? There's a lot of info about what to take, but I'm unsure of what dosages.

I'm obviously trying to avoid side affects and looking for the best options during the cycle to cover all bases. I am worried about hairloss also.

Also, what would you guys suggest for weeks 5 - 10.. I was told to change the drugs around so my body doesnt get used to the same thing..

I would run that for 8 weeks & then post cycle therapy (pct) . Bump the test up to 500mgs . I would use nolvadex as an anti e, i use to use arimidex but that really hurts a lipid profile, nolvadex i feel is a bit better. Whats your post cycle therapy (pct) look like ?

Imo its better to run the deca and primo 10, the test 12 and use arimidex or aromasin for your AI.

SERMs should be used for pct or incase of gyno.

If this is your first cycle, run the test to 10 weeks, at 500mg/week with 2 injections weekly. Then do PCT.

First cycle test only in my opinion. Run a 12 week cycle. 500mg a week. Sve the primo and deca for a later cycle when you know how your body will respond to the test. If you are stuck on running more then one compound I would run a longer cycle of test like 14 - 15 weeks. Then throw something in at the last 6 weeks like Winstrol (winny). That way you will already have a good idea of how your body is reacting to the test. Make sense?


With that said my opinion is hold off till the next cycle to run more than one compound.

first cycle is test only like pit said....and you def dont want to mix your compounds up during cycle like some idiot told you to do
