Ok guys im hoping to get a bit of advice of some experienced/advanced users on my first cycle.
first ill give you some details about me
im 23, 6ft, 180lbs, ive been training for 5years nearly 6. ill be 24 when i commence the course. i eat,train and sleep.
i eat very well, get all my complex carbs, protiens,fruit an veg.get 8 hours sleep min per night. as a natty so far i work out max 45 mins 4days per week.
i have tried countless variations, 3 day split, 4 day split etc. many sets (maybe overtrained but still tried it) few sets....
i eat 6 - 7 meals a day consistantly every 2 - 3 hours. postworkout an preworkout nutrition is spot on..
my supplements are: Protien shake.
BCAA's
Glutamine
Multivit
Fish oils
creatine
and a mass wieght gainer the majority of the time.
i have tried bulking up which i have considerably from around 155lbs natural wieght as i am an ectomorph although i have managed to change that. i also put fat on although its a clean bulk.
an then when i try n lose the fat... i lose muscle. its like a balloon being blown up an down. i take all the anti-catabolic procedures but at the end of the day my familys genetics are terrible.not one of them have a muscle between them.
I am desperate to run test prop 100mg eod (due to if i start shedding i can drop it) and less sides with short cycle.
but im terrified of mpb
id love to run NPP only but that a no go unless u want to be shutdown i was thinking about a low dose of test prop for an NPP??
ive read into finasteride and dutaseride but they sound bad with sides.
i will continue to read up on this though until november when i commence the cycle.
my goals are to put on some decent amount of size. im not asking to look like a huge bodybuilder..i just really want to fill out my upper chest an bring out my side delts etc. ive been trying for nearly 6 years to do it but its not in the cards naturally for me. so i have been very patient but now its time lol.
