First Cycle!!

Ok guys im hoping to get a bit of advice of some experienced/advanced users on my first cycle.
first ill give you some details about me

im 23, 6ft, 180lbs, ive been training for 5years nearly 6. ill be 24 when i commence the course. i eat,train and sleep.
i eat very well, get all my complex carbs, protiens,fruit an veg.get 8 hours sleep min per night. as a natty so far i work out max 45 mins 4days per week.
i have tried countless variations, 3 day split, 4 day split etc. many sets (maybe overtrained but still tried it) few sets....
i eat 6 - 7 meals a day consistantly every 2 - 3 hours. postworkout an preworkout nutrition is spot on..

my supplements are: Protien shake.
BCAA's
Glutamine
Multivit
Fish oils
creatine
and a mass wieght gainer the majority of the time.

i have tried bulking up which i have considerably from around 155lbs natural wieght as i am an ectomorph although i have managed to change that. i also put fat on although its a clean bulk.

an then when i try n lose the fat... i lose muscle. its like a balloon being blown up an down. i take all the anti-catabolic procedures but at the end of the day my familys genetics are terrible.not one of them have a muscle between them.


I am desperate to run test prop 100mg eod (due to if i start shedding i can drop it) and less sides with short cycle.

but im terrified of mpb
id love to run NPP only but that a no go unless u want to be shutdown i was thinking about a low dose of test prop for an NPP??

ive read into finasteride and dutaseride but they sound bad with sides.

i will continue to read up on this though until november when i commence the cycle.

my goals are to put on some decent amount of size. im not asking to look like a huge bodybuilder..i just really want to fill out my upper chest an bring out my side delts etc. ive been trying for nearly 6 years to do it but its not in the cards naturally for me. so i have been very patient but now its time lol.

Bro, you been training for 6 years and nothing is going right for you ?
You're all over the place here with test for sex drive, Deca only, Anavar only, Turning into a women. You're young, you're green and you need to get diet advice more than anything...

Nothing I can do for you here. Maybe someone can chime in and make sense of all this... Sorry.

Number one you need to read up on what to do for a first cycle. But amongst that your too young. Other then that I'm lost also

i did Anavar (var) only as it aint bad on the hair..an thats what im looking for.

i meant test so i dnt get deca dick...as i want to have a higher dose of NPP as this is considered hair friendly thats all.

ok so what would u recommend for a hair safe cycle?

would low dose of test an 100mg e3d of NPP be ok?
 
I know 100 percent my first cycle should be test only!!! id prefer to do that always, im just worried about the hairline guys
 
Well I'm bald already lol. Well almost but anyway I'm not to sure what's best for hair. I'm on test cyp now and I don't see any loss. On another note I'm sweating like I stole something and starting to get some zits on my back
 
Run test only 500 a week. If you're worried about hair loss jump on propecia. If you aren't gaining anymore weight and are stuck up your cal intake. I don't care what kind of body type you have, eat more and you'll gain. Eat clean foods don't start pounding quarter pounders and shit. You'll gain and keep your bf down. EAT
 
I wouldn't even recomend the standard 500mg of test here becuse I don't think he would get it... Looks like he wants to stack and I'm not helping him do it ;)
 
If your main concern is your dick and your hair... Pay a visit to the hair salon and get a handjob from the stylist... lol

If you are meant to lose your hair then you can order your wig before you start any AAS....
 
read some bad sides to propecia, ive done that (eat lots an clean)...6 years ive tried everything.. ive sacrificed a lot to bodybuilding an not reaping the rewards. thats why im turnin to steroids.

I use to eat clean and lots too... Funny how I got fat. Must be my fat family genetics. I know it wasn't my diet or my training.

Lets see how you feel about being on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) by the time you are 27...

if your baldinG your balding! MPB is gonNa happen, get used to it. its genetics NT steroids that make you lose hair. steroids could speed up whats alreaDY HAPPNING.
IF YOUR ALREADY BALDING THEN I KNOW IT SOUNDS HARSH BUT GET USED TO IT AND SHAVE YOUr HEAD....

ALSO YOU SHOUlD NOT BE USINg STEROIDS , YOU STILL HAVE ALOT TO LEARN .
