First Cycle

Ok so after tons of research and talking to different friends I've decided to do my first cycle. I'm 28, 5' 10', and weigh 185. I've been training seriously for the past 3 years, in that time i've taken myself from 150lbs to 185lbs. Last year after struggling to bust through a plateau I decided to try Var. After 10 weeks @ 80mg/day I managed to keep a clean 10lbs. I lost some strength but was pretty happy otherwise.

My diet has been very strict, I do 5 real food meals a day. very clean, Chicken, fish, lean red meat, B rice, sweet potatoes, WW pasta, and usually 2 shakes. I lift 2 days on and 1 day off, I'm very happy with where my strength is at but again seem to be stuck. I'm also very active so lots of Cardio, does wonders for my energy when it comes to lifting.

I'm just waiting for the results of my blood tests this week, I plan on starting Sunday The 29th. I'll post pics The morning before. All my gear is ready to go, very excited to see what I can get out of this.

So after all that, now the cycle. I've been researching this for almost 6 months now, after taking in a ton of opinions and info I decided on this.

Week 1 Dbol 50mg/day, Test E 400mg, Equipoise 300mg
week 2 Dbol 50mg/day, Test E 400mg, Equipoise 300mg
week 3 Dbol 50mg/day, Test E 400mg, Equipoise 300mg
week 4 Dbol50mg/day, Test E 400mg, Equipoise 300mg
Week 5 Test E 400mg, Equipoise 300mg
Week 6 Test E 400mg, Equipoise 300mg
Week 7 Test E 400mg, Equipoise 300mg
Week 8 Test E 400mg, Equipoise 300mg
Week 9 Test E 400mg, Equipoise 300mg
Week 10 Test E 400mg, Equipoise 300mg
Week 11 Test E 400mg,

I will also be taking .25mg of Arimidex daily.

I understand that it is suggested to only do Test for your first run but you only get one "first cycle". I live a super healthy lifestyle and plan on keeping a close watch on my health. I recently had a friend do the same cycle minus the Dbol and he was very happy. I added the Dbol to give me a good kickstart before the Equipoise kicks in.

you weigh 180 pounds and you do not need that much steroids to grow. do just the test and save the other for future cycles.

I do realize that I'd be more than happy with the results from simply doing the Test. But all things considered the quantities would not be excessive for a first time user. The EQ was never part of my initial plan, after having several friends suggest it and many hours of researching it didn't seem to be an unsafe addition.

I have also considered dropping the Dbol to 25mg/day. I originally planned on doing 30-40mg/day but was only able to get it in 25mg capsules.

if you were going to do what you wanted to why waste our time and yours getting help / opinions on this board .

Bro you are missing the point of test only as a first cycle. It isn't about the quantity of gear. Its all about getting to know your body and how it reacts to diffrent compounds. Say you do run this cycle and things start to go wrong. You begin to see sides, you will have no way of knowing which compound is causing what. How will you now what compound to blame. Run test only and see how your body will react to that first. Then you can add a new compound per cycle, after all whats the rush, learn the way your body reacts bro.

If I was totally set on doing that I never would have started the thread. I'm only looking for a discussion not an argument. Perhaps I'm putting too much thought into it, i was looking at it as all three substances have slightly different results.

So i'll drop the EQ, save it for next time or something. I initially wanted to just do the Dbol but the more I read up the more it made sense to do the Test. I still want to try the Dbol but it is sinking it that something goes wrong in weeks 2 or 3 i won't know whats causing it.

So say I run test only, @ 250mg bi weekly. What would be sufficient HCG dose?
 
250iu twice a week. do a blast of 500 to a 1000iu ed for ten days. wait four days after that to start serms

Ok thanks everyone. Test E @ 500mg/week it is. Dbol and EQ can wait for another day. Looking forward to seeing how my body reacts.
