So the first thing I'm going to get is I'm too young, but I have studied courses in nutrition, sports injury management, and it's my body I'm aware of the side affects. Next thing you're gonna say is I'm too small. I have ran all my life so I'm a pretty lean guy. Not to mention when I gain weight my belly always pokes out and since my chest caves in I can't have that. Its also really hard for me to gain weight. I'm running test E 400 mgs/mL day 1 I ran 250 mgs day 3 (today) I ran 250 mgs. Day 5 I plan on running 250 mgs. Then continue running.250 mgs every 4 th day. Day 2 my quad was sore but I did it late at night, only walked 1/4 mile no hand warmer or not bath and its still sore. Today I baked the oil for 5 mins,massaged area longer, stretched, and walked 3 miles I have Warner's taped to the area and I'm about to take a hot bath. Any advice and if there's any interest I'll keep updates
 
Your too young and do not weigh enough. Not what u wanted to hear but too bad. Learn to eat and train, gear is not the answer for you. Sorry bro
 
What advice could u possibly want? Everything your doing is wrong! I can't believe u shot up that much gear consecutively and your that tiny. My advice is read the stickys and make plans to see the doc soon. This is the best one of the day!
 
And btw they said it was going to be a little sore, and a little sore it was. Does the soreness get better? Other than thinning it with cotton seed oil any pointers there?

shoulda done more research first. I'm a smaller guy too. 150lbs, started at 130 2 months ago. I was also a runner...for 11 years. My advice, stop. 2 weeks off, start pct, and take a different route. peptides, sarms, creatine, FOOD. If you're having trouble eating enough, go smoke some weed and then eat. It will fuck you up less.
 
Food is not the answer I'm sure I eat more/better than half the people here. I know I'm small, but I'm missing 1/3 of my chest to account for some of the missing weight/cardio benefits. Unlike most people here I was approved of the use of a doctor. I can't stop for a min of 6 weeks or the side affects will increase. I'm terrified of needles so believe it or not roids weren't my first choice
 
So here's more info/update. I'm in pretty good shape. I've always went to the gym. I run 30+ miles a week. If I stop running I get tired so often. I breathe heavy and I have to sleep way more. I haven't changed since like 7th grade. The only difference in my body is my chest might have gotten a LITTLE better. I know I'm going to have to stop running on the cycle, but walking that short 3 miles yesterday did the trick for the soreness. And the other guy (205ish) is still in pain. I CAN'T gain a pound, I know the first answers always food, but seriously I own a farm and the chicken, eggs, deer, and beef adds up. Not to mention everything else. I did a rough guess on calories yesterday I was easily at 3000 and I'm only 125-135. So any help I'd appreciate
