hi all, well as the title says its my first cycle..
i have about 12 years of training experience on and off ( longest time in a row was about 7 years) and i have been working well on my diet for the last few months, i do make good gains in spurts but i hit platau's very easily, sometimes they are a real pig to break, so im gonna try gear for the first time, my sats are 5'2" and 160 lbs, body fat is unknown, but i am fairly slim.....
im thinking of doing
30dbol ed for 4 weeks
500mg of test Enanthate on a monday/thursday ratio for 10 weeks
i have nolva and proviron for during the cycle
with clomid and clen to finish for 1 month post cycle..
do you guys think that this is ok for a first cycle or am i cracking a nut with a sledge hammer??
