so I'm pretty much a week into my cycle. I think its still too soon to really tell anything looks wise/ strength wise, but idk if its from upping my calories or what not but I'm already at 205. Did legs today with some dead lifts, my lower back normally gets sore after deads but today was especially bad. Also the last few days I've been feeling i don't know if i can even call it a pain but, i can feel some like dull pressure on the left side of my body pretty much upper left side under the rib cage, but have no idea what it could be...thought liver was on the right side? looked online and it said to up my fiber so ima snack on some almonds peanuts and raspberries. anyone else have any ides/suggestions on the pain? other then that next week upping my dosage to 75.
