Only running Nolva for 3 weeks because H-drol is a very mild PH..

Any other suggestions?

i'd sun nolva a little higher because even though halodrol is "mild" it can still shut you down pretty good when you start running it longer than 4 weeks and higher than 50mg.

run a full nolva post cycle therapy (pct), IMO. 40/40/20/20.

it may not be necessary but its better to be safe than sorry.

milk thistle milk thistle has shown to downregulate the androgen receptor. why use something that is conuter productive....use NAC instead, cycle assist will cover you pretty good on its own tho

use nolva for 4wks man. you want to recover and hold your gains....why cut post cycle therapy (pct) short??

You might want to take a look at the post I put up by "drewbolic" for first time users. And another thing to consider is running some n2guard as well the reviews seem to be pretty good on it.
 
you need to run 4 weeks of nolva as was noted above... just because it is a "mild" ph does not mean it won't shut you down... it's "mild" on the sides, not on the possibility of shutdown... yes you need a test booster... at least have daa in there... i would also run hcgenerate... you need to just get n2guard for your support and that will cover all your support needs... there's no need to take the n2guard and also have the berries and thistle... i also would start my dosing at 75, and I especially wouldn't run it for two weeks at 50... simply a waste there... i would dose 75/75/75/100/100/125... you will get much more out of it this way...
 
Hi guys

Hey whats up everybody. I want to do a similar cycle as the TS with your recommendations. I was wondering if you guys think h-drol would be good if my main goal was to cut (body fat) and recovery. I'm in an MMA gym and I love going for 2 hours or more a day during the week days. But towards the end of the week I'm pretty useless and my recovery time is pretty weak.

I like H-drol because of the low side effects and didnt want to risk taking something else. What are your thoughts on it?
