First one!!

Probably gonna catch some s!#& over this. I would appreciate some feedback and help on this. THANKS in advance.

I am 34. Currently try to get to gym 5-6 days minimum. Eat like a horse all the time. Try to take in around 4- 4500k of calories. 300 -325 of protein.
I would say probably around 18% body fat. I know to fat! I am 6'2 about 240lbs. try to eat clean most the time. Getting to the gym all the time can prove to be difficult as i work around 14-18 hr days. I do give my workouts 100% and double up if i miss a day.


MONDAY- back day 4ex x 6-8 reps pretty heavy
TUESADAY- bi-s 4ex 8-10 reps
WEDNESDAY- CHEST 4-5 ex 6-8 reps heavy
THURSDAY-tris 4ex 8-10 reps
FRI-legs 4-5 ex 6-8 reps always heavy
SATURDAY shoulders 6-8 reps heavy
Trying to follow this schedule as much as I can. Listen to my body if I need rest then i Take a day off. been lifting for a little over 5 yrs

CYCLE
SUS 250 250MGS MON MORN -250MGS THURS NIGHT FOR 12 WEEKS
LIQUIDEX ED .5
CLOMID FOR PCT 150/150/100/100/50/50
I have some letro on hand just in case. I am hoping to pack on some more clean good lbs. I am sure I missed something somewhere or left something out. Any help would be much appreciated thanks.
 
Considering the hours u work, you should condense your training during the week. You don't need to train your biceps on a day of its own. That in itself shows where your priorities are imo.

Thanks for the quick replies. I totally agree about the no rest= bad recovery. I do have a supervisor posistion so there are a lot of little naps through the day. Granted its not good plentiful rest. Gotta get what you can, when you can. No excuses here it is what it is.
Still curious if the cycle is gtg or needs some tweaking? Thanks for all input!

I have condensed my workout and added some rest. I am currently on week 3. 5th injection was mon. Been making some pretty good strength gains. 5-15 lbs on most lifts!!!!! The only problem I am having is my right nut is hurting. The boys have definitely shrunk. Just pulled off a nooner and everything is still gtg. Yesterday it was a little sore but today is more noticeable. Any suggestions wouls be awesome. HCG?
 
might want to try without the liquidex at first. from my personal experience, anything above 750mg w/k of test i start getting itchy nips. then will do eod.
