Hello, I'm new here and planned on joining to share some of my progress so far. I don't have any before pictures right now, but I'm sure I can find some from my ex.
My cycle is pretty basic.
400-600mcg CJC / once every 7 days
120-150mcg GHRP2 / 3 times daily
I started at around/was stuck at 145-150lbs depending on how my diet was. 6 weeks or so have passed on this cycle and current diet. My diet is pretty easy, I don't count any macros. I just eat like a mad man and moderate shit foods. Some days after a workout maybe twice a week ill go eat 2 double burgers at in-n-out. I've come to really understand what my body needs to gain and retain certain weights at this point. It's easy for me to go out and eat terrible food and be fine the next day since I have such a high metabolism.
I'm currently plateauing at around 176lbs, ranging from 174-176 depending on the days diet / water intake. I hit this point where I need to eat even more and more now and it's become almost a job to eat consistently throughout the day. You could only imagine the scheduling I deal with just pinning GH 3 times a day when I'm eating almost every 2-3 hours.
Routine at the gym consist of my weak points right now. Legs+arms 2x week, back 2x week , 1x chest day a lot of emphasis on upperchest with incline work and shoulders(emphasis on rear delts)
My current goal is to have a bigger/thicker body. I'm all about that aesthetic leaned out lifestyle, but I have new aspirations of achieving a more bigger build now. Looking to learn and grow with this community as its my first to come into for body building.
