First pin done! Newbies first cycle of Test Prop

Well that's a relief! I did my research for a while now and I've decided to take Test Prop solo for 8 weeks. Leading up to this I did my research on learning the proper injecting techniques and I understand I'll have to pin often with prop. I wasn't too nervous about it doing the reading but I gotta admit.. when I had the syringe and quad ready to go I had a good 10 minutes of looking at the syringe and back at my thigh. Haha!

Time to get it rolling!

LOL, I remember my first glute shot yrs ago. I kept looking at the syringe and needle saying to myself "you wanna put that where?"
 
lol! Yep. That being my first time injecting now I'm kind of anticipating some pretty sore reaction. I had a work out after I pinned and I was mentally just powering through it! Probably also from the adrenaline rush I got from pinning lol! I can't wait to feel it kicking in. Probably takes 2 weeks before it's full swing with prop right?
 
I'll be pinning 150mg/1.5cc eod. I was thinking of raising it to 175 but being my first cycle I'll just see how this works for my body first. Arimidex I'll start .25 eod after a week. Liquid nolva and liquid clomid for PCT also.
 
Ouch Prop for your first pin? And I was complaining about my first pin of test-e yesterday. I hear prop has more pip to it especially for virgin muscles. Good luck on the cycle and keep us updated.
 
I'm 18 and currently on test prop 150mg eod I'm on week 5 5 days in gained 18 lbs so far
Pip isn't that bad , quad is tho but it's nothing to complain about its all worth it

Yeah I wanted a quicker acting test so I went with prop. 24 hours after my first pin and I have the typical kick in the leg feeling. Not bad at all. But I think ill have to use glutes also so I don't tear up my quads too much.

I'll update my stats as i go along in case anyone is interested in how it goes. I've got a nice base and I've played high level sports so I'm hoping to get all the potential out of my cycle.

Good luck to you man. Hope you realize that the frequent pinning isn't just an inconvenience for new comers but also makes pip in those virgin muscles sooooo much worst. Hopefully you will be able to still do your workouts but pip can already be hard on virgin muscles, so when you add that with having to pin EOD.......Workouts will likely suffer.
 
Finished my 2nd pin today. Things are already quite smooth in the process of injecting myself. I sometimes do a double swab on my thigh and hands though just to be careful. One problem I have is that I tried to clear larger bubbles that were in the syringe and while pushing them out I lost a tiny bit of oil. I'm not that concerned because it was a tiny amount but does anyone else have a similar problem or am I just doing it wrong?

The pip from my last injection is fading slightly. It wasn't too bad to begin with but I was hoping there was a chance it would heal quickly so I can continue to pin my quads. I feel most comfortable using those as it's the most convenient spot while I still learn how to hold the pin and inject smoothly.

Time to eat a fucking horse and hit the gym!

Another injection done. I'm 3 into my cycle and I'm training hard and eating clean. I find it hard to really stuff myself but I'm pushing myself. I can feel my appetite growing. I'm not sure if it's really kicking in yet. There are times where I feel like I can notice a difference but I think it's mostly a mental effect.

As for the pinning itself? The 2nd one was fairly painful and I limp a tiny bit if I sit down too long and get up on it again. This third one seemed to be very smooth. I warmed the test under the sink (without getting the cap wet) so maybe that makes a difference. My technique is definitely getting better. The anxiety and fear is nearly gone when I'm preparing to inject. I suppose this is pretty common but I almost can't wait to do my next one!

I have arimidex ready to use if anything comes up but I don't feel any sides at all right now so I think I'll keep it on the shelf until the prop really kicks in.

I have Dbol as well and at times I'm tempted to bring it into the cycle as it's supposed to kick in right away.. I'm anxious to start to feel the results but that's me being impatient.

These protein powders are doing a number on my digestive system. I shouldn't be allowed to be in any social setting for long haha!

Weighed in at 187lbs today.

+2lbs (probably water, and bigger diet but I like!)
 
Ok so a little update. I am now 5 pins in. Just over 1 week of on the prop. I started to feel quite a difference already in my training. I wasn't nearly as tired at the end of my workout and I can feel like my muscles are growing in size. My shirts fitting a bit tighter. I'm sure this is mostly water but I've also been training like an animal. Even cardio seemed to be much easier. Is that normal?

The injections are very easy now. Today it took only a couple minutes as I know the procedure and technique well. No hesitation sticking the needle in like the first time. The pip was kind of sore at the start but nothing near what people were warning about. Maybe it's the gear that's decent or the fact that I keep it warm under the sink for a little while before I inject. No complaints.

I weighed myself in at 192lbs so that's a +7lbs gain. I'm also on creatine so that's also probably adding a lot of water to the weight.

What I like about the weeks leading and now in the cycle is that it seems I'm even more productive in my regular life getting things done. Maybe it's the discipline that I'm applying to the training and healthy eating but it's a nice difference.

+7lbs and feeling strong. Eating like a beast. No sides yet other than a definite shrinkage in my balls.. :(

I did the same thing with air bubbles the first few times I injected. I wanted to ensure no air bubbles what so ever and wasted some oils. Then I learned some air bubbles are totally okay with in muscle injection. You need to inject really large amount of air into your vein to get into troubles. So...don't worry too much.
 
So here is an update. I am a few days shy of 3 weeks into my cycle. I started at 185 and I am weighed in today at 197. I am taking creatine 5gs every morning. Probably a lot of water weight but my strength has shot up as well. Feeling good. Not as good as when it started to really kick in at first but my sleep is great. I find doing running/sprints makes me feel way better than just weight lifting.

185 on march 7th
196 on march 25th

150mg prop eod.
