What's up everyone! First post here on Steroidology.
I'm 23 years old, I've been lifting since I was 14. Aside from one year of track in high school I stayed away from sports. I actually began bodybuilding at 14 during my 8th grade wrestling season. I was fat at the time and became determined to be fit. My Dad mentioned him and I doing a Body For Life entry and so that's basically where it began. I went from 150lbs at 20-25% bodyfat to 155 and 8-10% during the 12 week program. I was content and grew into that weight quite well in high school, as I was just a few inches over 5 foot until sophomore year. Aside from that short period of lifting, and maybe one other 6 months of lifting at 18, I really didn't gather much interest into bodybuilding again until last year at 22 years old.
A co-worker mentioned Prohormones to me, said they were similar to the effectiveness of AAS but then said to hold off for a few more months until I've really devoted myself to the lifestyle again. I got over zealous and went and bought some anyway and started 2 weeks after. At the time I didn't care, but now I wish I had invested more time to research PCT, nutrition, and what to expect generally from PH's. The stuff I bought was a stack, 19-Norandrostenediol, Epistane, Methyl Sten, called MASS-FX (not the one most people know of). I bought two bottles, but used one for a 4 week cycle. 2 capsules a day, I took with fish oil, and a multivitamin in the morning and fish oil again in the evenings alongside the ph. I took 5-10mg of Creatine per day, drank plenty of water, and had a OTC PCT from the same store I bought the PH. Luckily for me I didn't get many sides until the 4th week (depression mainly, and some lethargy). I gained 15lbs from 165-180 and leaned out a little to boot. The PCT also worked fine luckily, as my bloodwork came up well with test levels, cholesterol, and others a couple months later. During the 4th week I did cut out 3 days early, and started PCT immediately following that, I was losing gym interest and felt like shit every day. This is where I fell off again. My living situation was just a constant annoyance and I really didn't care about much between this time and the day I moved out.
After moving much closer to work and getting settled in, I've finally gotten in the gym again and have been going for 6-8 weeks. I feel great and my mood has greatly improved. Now, this is a My steroid cycle thread, and so I posted here because I am currently on. I started that 2nd bottle of the PH that I had leftover from the year before. I began the cycle at 180lbs 25 days ago, and as of yesterday I am 198lbs. I've been very dilligent in my eating, supplementation, and lifting. I eat between 3000 and 3500 calories per day, 40/40/20 (close as I can get to it at least). I take 2x PH caps, 1x multi vitamin, 2x Omega Oil caps 500mg/per (80-90% concentration), CoQ10 1x, Milk Thistle 1x (stopped mid cycle).
I train volume. 4 times per week, Chest Bi's, Back Tri's, Legs (Bi's) <-- If I can after legs, and Shoulders Tri's Calves.
I follow German Volume Training (slightly tweaked) | Twenty supersets, 1 main movement 10reps, 1 accessory movement 10reps/ per superset. 60-90 sec rest.
Example. SuperSetA = BenchPress x EZ Bar Wide Grip Curl (10 reps/excercise)
SuperSet B = Dumbell Flyes x Hammer Curls (10reps/exercise)
For PCT I went with a more traditional and safer approach this time around, with a few options as well. I have Nolva and Clomid on hand currently. I have Ralox on the way cause I'm a little gyno sensitive, or just paranoid. And I also bought Paragon by PNI because I've seen a lot of people promote that as a solid post cycle support supplement to go alongside the SERMs.
