First real cycle after years of training

6 years serious weight training - no real gear
27y/o 6'2" 195lbs 14%bf

Next week I plan starting the following cycle:

Notes:
* Not concerned about hairloss or gyno. If gyno becomes an issue I have nolva.

*Initial blood tests normal

*Would like to get BF down, so cardio will be a priority, but #1 is high intensity, heavy lifting.

Expectations: Lean mass gain with appropriate diet. 4-5k cals, 350g protein, moderate clean carbohydrate.


If anyone would like to throw in their own validation of the cycle I'd appreciate it. I have researched extensively for my situation and this seemed the safest, most effective route. Otherwise, I'll see you back in about 9 days.
