First serious cutting cycle

Hey yall, im pretty new to this. This will be my 3rd cycle but my first cycle to cut. Here are some stats on me so you can get a baring on what im workin with. Im 6'0 195 at 16% bf. Im on a strict diet and cutting fat now. Before I start this cycle I will be at roughly 180 and 12-13% bf. Im wanting to take a cycle that will give me decent gains but mainly harden me up and allow me to reach under 10% bf with a strict diet and cardio. Heres what im planing on running. Any modifications that would help I wanna here! Im open to any advice!

Week 1-12
600mg/week of EQ
500mg/week of Test Cyp

Week 1-10
500mg/week of Primibol (oral)

Week 1-6
50mg/Ed of Winstrol

Week 7-12
clen/t3
Cycling the clen one week on one week off at up to 120mcg a day and the t3 the full 6 weeks at 100mcg a day.

I will be running Arimidex at 1mg every 3 days and my post cycle therapy (pct) will be Clomid at 100mg ed for 2 weeks then 50mg ed for 2 weeks along with Nolva at 40mg for 2 weeks then 20mg for 2 more weeks.

The goal of this cycle is to be around 190-195 at 8-10% bf. I will be doing intense cardio and a very strict diet the entire time.

Also I want this to be my final cycle for several years because I am fairly young, 21yrs old. I wanna get down to a solid base to build on and I think 195 at 8-10% will be about where I wanna be.

Any suggestions will be greatly appriciated or if yall think this is a good cycle, please let me know. Im kinda worried about overloading my liver with the orals but I know their mild so it shouldnt be a problem.

When you start lifting at 28% bf and 175 lbs, I'd say it's pretty good progress in 2 years. My previous cycles have been short an consisted of only test less than 10 weeks. Also I'm a NASM certified personal trainer and have 2 years of sports medicine and nutrition at southeastern university in Louisiana so Imsted of being a jerk i would appriciate it you ask have I tried dieting first. And if you would have read I'm dieting hard now and will not be starting this cycle till I'm around 12-13%.

Correction to the cycle. Everything will be the same except instead of running primobol for 10 weeks I'm gonna run anavar for the full 12 weeks at 30mg a day and Imsted of test cyp I'm gonna run sus250 at 500mg/wk

you want a cookie? bro i kno people that went from 275 22% to 220 14% in a year all natural, its nowhere near impressive bud, jsut bein honest.And your 21 and already done 3 cycles.I wont say anythin else,You are smarter than every1, cuz u did 2 years of medicine.JUST because Tiger woods drinks Gatorade, dont meant you should..:Poke:

12 weeks on anavar isnt smart bud..

Blood tests 100mg Anavar - oxandrolone - /day didnt do NOTHING to my brothers Liver. But YOUR KIDNEYS will take a hell of a beating

On a MG/MG basis Test isn't Test.

The esters have differing weights which means that with different esters the consumer will recieve differing amounts of ACTUAL TEST.

For instance:

Below is a list of the amount of ACTUAL TEST you will recieve from one injection of 100mg

Prop = 83.72
Cyp = 69.90
Enan = 55-60


Yet another reason to use Prop
 
props for being honest but 16% bf with 190 6'0 after 3 cycles??

youngsters nowadays... id suggest start dieting better, get complex carbs and protein after workouts.

Also, clen isnt very good for your heart, dont think of it as a magical weight loss pill, nothing good comes for free. Especially dont do cardio on clen!

I've only done 2 cycles. One 8 weeks of prop and one 8 weeks of sus250. Im prolly gonna drop the clen then. I don't wanna have to stop my cardio. I'm dieting hard now. Cycling my carbs at 50/50/50/50/50/75/100.

So would it be more beneficial to shoot 300mg of test prop insted of cyp? I could do that. Also how long should I run anavar an at what dose?

I'm not trying to be a dick or a "no it all" I'm just saying I'm somewhat knowledgeable about how to diet and do effective cardio and correct training methods. The use of gear is why I'm here. Also again I'll be at 180ish with 13% or so with 2 short cycles under my belt. This will be my 3rd and final for several years and I'm on here to make sure I run the safest and most effective for me.
