first start up for (women)

i am starting a cycle in about two weeks or so after i loose a bit more weight. i have 3 brothers and one is a bodybuilder the other just likes to be fit , but i have to agree with some of the forums. Not always is a man perspective about a women’s body correct so even dough they are my blood and want the best for me they no not how to work with a women’s body. I have joined this forum to speak to women who have used them and know the effect on there on bodies. I know we all have different types of bodies.

From my research and information
Starting: THIS IS FOR CLEN

clen 20 mg moving up to 40mg by the end of the first week I will be increasing 60mg

the second week I will be starting at 60 and ending it no hire then 80mg I will be splitting it during the day so morning 20 afternoon another 20 mid day 20 and ending it with the last 20 for the day.

i will stop for two weeks from clen and start back up after.

AT THE SAME TIME CYTOMEL/T3

I will be doing this with clen but instead of stopping with t3 at 2 weeks I will go for 4 weeks Consecutive starting with 25mcg for 2 weeks going up to 50 mcg the last 2 weeks stopping for a whole month and starting back up after for one more cycle of t3.

I had some questions about Anavar/OXANDROLONE

I know this is not needed to be cycled 2 weeks on 2 weeks off this should be a hole 4 or weeks or more cycle like cytomel. What I was thinking was i would finish clen and t3 and after I stop the t3. I would continue with anavar and clen, but I was not really sure if I should just take them all together or separate them.. Any info , thoughts, and ideas about what would be the best form of approaching my cycle.

I have run cycles of t3,clen and Anavar in the past with great luck and great disappointment. If your diet and training are not where they need to be, you wont get much out of the cycle.

I need more info before I can make some recommendations.

What is your overall goal?
What is your weekly cardio/lifting routine?
What is your diet like on an average day?
What dose of anavar did you want to run?
What other supplements/meds do you take?
When is the last time you had blood work done?


I think it is very responsible of you to come and seek information about these drugs before you use them.

workout is: Monday upper body arms and back finish with a 35-45 min cardio after lifting I feel as if i warm up for 5 min and start lifting I will lift more then doing cardio first. So I do cardio last

Tuesday- legs end with 30 mins of cardio

Wednesday- chest and back; cardio

Thursday- legs, but I try to workout things I did not hit as hard Tuesday that I wanted to workout.

Friday- cardio 45mins with stretching (yoga)

Saturday- full body work out

Sunday- either rest or take a Jog

My Anavar comes in doses of 10 mg (i am not sure how much i should take)

I don’t take any other medication I am healthy never had any problems last blood test was about 6 months ago I was perfectly fine.

well over all i got carried away because i sit in a cubicle all day work in a corporate office and to be honest i got loaded with a lot of work so i stop going to the gym trying to finish and that is when i gained a bit of weight, but i can honestly say that I am focus again to hit hard with my cycle and pretty much get back to my old healthy ways to focus on competing one day I looking to loose about 15 pounds

if you can get your hands on some eca run it with the t3 the 2 weeks you are cycled off of clen.

imo always spread all doses out as evenly as possible throughout the day , that goes for var / clen / t3 /eca /etc.

I agree I think you should start with ECA but, I dont think anavar will help with the goals you have.
 
well i have 50 mg of eca i was going to cycle tha two weeks off my of clen! .

var would bulk me up is that why i should not use it until i reach my goal and then start a cycle with var? i understand more less clen , t3 , and eca but not really sure about the effect in var?
 
If you're trying to lose fat and then "tone" why not due clen/ECA for fat loss and then when trying to build muscle do the anavar?
 
I appreciate the comments (its helped me out a lot ) before I start Monday; I will start with clen (two weeks on two weeks off) when going off CLEN I will start ECA for the two weeks off. I will start clen for the second to weeks, but at the same time will start t3 a total of 3 weeks. (I might start my VAR with clen and t3) but it depends on the progress I have made within the 4 weeks prior to starting t3 and var.
