First Test and Anavar Cycle Log

Going on my first test + Anavar (var) cycle.

On this cycle I will be taking 2ml test E per week and this is how my cycle currently looks:

Weeks 1-6: 2ml test e per week
Weeks 7-8: 2ml test e per week with 50mg Anavar (var) each day
Week 9: 1.5ml test with 50mg Anavar (var) each day
Week 10: 1ml test with 50mg Anavar (var) each day
Weeks 11-12: 50mg Anavar (var) each day
I have Arimidex which I will be taking 0.25mg every other day as my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and HCG+Clomid for PCT.

What are everyones thoughts on this, any changed you would recommend making? My biggest concern is changing the levels of test near the end of the cycle, I have heard so many contradicting views on this its hard to make a decision.

My stats are:
Height: 5ft 11
Weight: 81kg/178lbs
BF%: 10-12%

Starting Lifts:
Bench Press: 90kg/198lbs x 6
Incline DB press: 42.5kg/93lbs per DB x 6
DB Shoulder Press: 35kg/77lbs per DB x 6
Deadlifts: 135kg/297lbs x 6
ATG Squats: 105kg/231lbs x 6

Current Split:
Mon - Chest
Tue - Legs
Wed - Back
Thurs - Shoulders
Friday - Arms

^Any recommendations as to changed to my split?

Now that's out the way, here comes the log.
Day 1:

So I pinned for the first time today and although I was somewhat anxious, it couldn't have gone better, everything went smooth and had no issue with any of it. However, the muscle seems to ache somewhat now (about 2 hours after pinning) but I have heard this is normal. Absolutely buzzing to get to the gym later. I think will continue to pin every Tuesday and Friday.
After being to the gym I feel really good, workout went perfect and had loads of energy. However, still feel sore/achey in the area I had pinned, is this normal (nearly 10 hours later)?

I would swap arm day with back.. I would just stay at 500mgs a week. I would do 12 week min.. reason I say change arm day with back is cuz if u hit bi's and tri's hard how are u going to do shoulders the next day and back the day after? When doing shoulder presses, your using your tris as a secondary muscle group. Same with back. Biceps are a secondary muscle used in back exercises.. I would say research training methods a little more. Get that and diet taken care of before even thinking of doing a cycle..
 
Alright thanks, appreciate the input. Just wondering why you have suggested 12 weeks as a minimum?


its a long ester test so you wont really feel it till week 4-6. then when you start blowing up youll see why you wanna keep your test levels up lol.

hopefully someone can give you a more in depth answer but thats my .02
 
and ill be looking forward to tracking your progress as my next cycle will be 600mgs/wk of test e for 12 weeks and Anavar (var) for week 6-12 at 50mgs/d. so very similar
 
Haha yeah I thought that would be it.I'll try keep it all updated as much as possible for you, really excited myself to see how it goes.
