First Test-E cycle, Diet critique/advice.

I am currently mid way into my first cycle I started on January and its been 8 weeks already and I wanted to get some critique just to see if I need to improve on anything because I haven't noticed any significant gains I wanted to know if I should be eating more.
Pre-cycle I had a lot of body fat and I wanted to do a lean mass cycle by eating moderate carbs but a lot of protein and good fats. Technically I wanted to loss fat and gain muscle at the same time, should I just focus on cutting then bulk or is trying to do them both just alright?

Test E 250mg 2x a week for 3 months

STATS
Height: 5'7
Weight: 90 kg
Age: 19
Exp: 2 yrs of training

Diet
I eat 3 times a day, a cup of rice with each meal and usually that's accompanied by an egg and some chicken/pork/beef/fish/ mostly high protein food. Would really love some advice on the diet, it would be much appreciated.
 
youre too young for a cycle..

and your diet... is horrible.. for a lack of better words

you need to first learn how to eat and train for your goals.. work at it till youre 25, then consider a cycle..

do not run a cycle at 19.. you risk ruining your natural test production.. and stunting growth

Do you have Clomid and Nolvadex ready to roll?

Have you used HCG throughout your cycle?

Arimidex? Or any AI?

Lean bulking is possible, but not as efficient as breaking it into phases. I think of lean bulks as a way for stage competitors to put on mass, without sacrificing their physique in the process. For any regular person... live with getting a little fat while bulking, cause you'll put on many more pounds doing it that way, and cut down to a much better physique in the long run.
